## What is Portage Photo Backup?

Portage moves full-resolution photo and video originals from Photos and iPhone to USB-C or external storage with a verify-first workflow. It copies, checks file size when available, writes a manifest, then asks before deleting verified originals. Use it to free phone space, archive camera rolls, and keep media offline without cloud upload. Free mode tests a small import. Portage Pro unlocks unlimited imports and verified delete on iPhone and Mac with the same Apple ID.
