When it works, it’s convenient, but it’s unreliable. It often comes up that there’s no English translation available in the app (for example, the section that lists information about insurance coverage options has no English option. Yes, you can translate it on your own, but a reliable translation should be provided). There’s often a discrepancy in what the app shows the cost of a service will be versus the real cost in the doctor’s office (sometimes it applies my insurance coverage, sometimes not). **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. We also encourage you to send any detailed suggestions or examples to opinie@luxmed.pl. ### 3/5 — Can be better *2025-10-08, version 4.45.0* Regarding the app(availability of the services and possible dates to schedule them is a separate dramatic subject),it’s been enough time to add dark mode to the app, whenever You’re opening it in dark envoirement it can be used as a flashlight. Also it will be better to add general limit to the files so user can upload one file up to 40MB instead adding 5 up to 8MB (you need to edit the summaries from any medical treatment and upload them one by one, not mentioning that sometimes You’re not able to add all files due to limitation). ### 4/5 — Needs English improvements *2025-05-24, version 4.40.0* App is good but needs more options in English like proper names of specialities in English, booking rehabilitation in English ### 2/5 — Mostly Polish *2025-05-07* Only limited functionality is available in English. ### 3/5 — Hard to use *2025-04-27, version 4.40.0* Be aware that the app crashes when you open the “chat online” option. You just click it, and the app closes. The app version is the newest available. This way, you lose your turn. Also, there is no way around. You just left with no options if you are not at computer. That’s it. This happens for a month already, and I find it super uncomfortable for me and disrespectful to me as a customer. I find this option to be one of the core functions. But it crashes. After call and booking by assistant there are some options for booked visits management. Extremely frustrating. During one session it refused to display partcular location, then I saw server error message several times. It require full access to read all my calendar entry event to only add events. I know that it’s because it need it to change some appointment but I prefer to only allow it to add events. ### 3/5 — Aggressively asking for permissions *2024-01-08, version 4.29.1* The app wants to get full access to the calendar, i.e. it wants to be able to edit and/or delete all the events, even the ones unrelated to LuxMed. This wasn’t the case earlier. Unfortunately, some features require changing app language manually to the polish, because in English they are not available. Actually would prefer at least showing up the information in Polish in such places, but not force person to navigate manually into language settings and switch it. Just display content in Polish - that’s fine, no need to switch language, why that’s not possible? Useless ### 1/5 — Constant bugs *2023-06-09* Lately every time I press “schedule an appointment” I get only a white screen, no buttons. Closing and opening the app for 10 times didn’t solve the problem. How am I supposed to schedule my appointments? Luxmed get better! **Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience. Even with luxmed you may wait for months until being able to get an appointment. The interface has become much more confusing, it’s unclear where anything is. Sometimes I literally can’t use the app because I need several minutes just to figure out where things are. ### 1/5 — cannot open x-ray or any kind of test results *2025-11-17, version 4.45.0* several weeks i cannot open pdf documents with results of the tests. got an error. ### 1/5 — Mostly for the Polish *2025-07-20* Only limited functionality is available in English, in broken English, that is.
