Portal View Inspections is the best app for fast reporting. This app helps anyone create reports by capturing images, writing notes, and adding annotations. Reports, in the field, are automatically synced to the cloud so they can be shared with team members and stakeholders and can be accessed and edited from anywhere. Our goal with this release is to offer a complete, polished, user-friendly mobile image reporting tool. Initially, this tool was designed for a real estate manager to generate and send professional photographic reports from the field. But it can be used to generate photographic reports for any line of work. 

How to create report 
1. Install and open the application 
2. Take the necessary photos or select files from the phone or tablet memory 
3. Add notes and associated costs of items 
4. Click the Share button to choose how and to whom to send the pdf file with photos, descriptions, and costs automatically created by the photo report application

A much better mousetrap for those of us that need to deliver inspection reports to clients on the go. This app allows me to take pictures and make notes on the fly, and deliver them to the client in a matter of seconds. The best part is that the app does all the work. Once I had uploaded my company logo, the app created a simple, clean and professional report that I could email in a few seconds. Highly recommend.
