Auto-Login doesn't save info and App crashes after login. I bought from Matt's Motors in Denton and have nothing but good things to say about them, having the ability to pay my car pmt by phone is just another cool benefit of doing business with them. ### 5/5 — James Wood Customer!! *2010-11-19* Works like a charm and a must have for any PortalPay Customer/s. I am a customer of James Wood in Denton, and I cant always get there to make a payment and just cant depend on mailing my checks and HOPE they get there on time...so this is a GREAT fix to all of that!!! :-) Thanks for taking the time to create such a great and easy to navigate. Im sure James Wood will be happy to see my payments now every month via PortalPay. Richard/Plano,Texas ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2018-02-24* I don’t expect to much from this app, and the information it provides me with is quite helpful. One thing I do with this app would do is allow me to sign in using my Touch ID on my iPhone since..I get the feeling that security updates are in fact done to this app but nothing else to help aid the user with an easier log in. It would be nice to not have to type my entire email and password every single time I decide to check my info. Other than that, the few details the app had to offer works quite well. ### 3/5 — Good but... *2011-04-29* It has some bugs, auto log in doesn't work, when it ask for a pin it doesn't let me enter any numbers....hope all this gets fixed on an update soon ### 2/5 — So-So *2011-06-11* Not that great. I've had problems logging in. One time I submitted a payment and it said the payment didn't go through. So I called in my payment. The next day, there were 2 transactions - double the amount I had budgeted to pay. I don't trust paying with this app ever since that happened. ### 2/5 — Annoying *2011-04-09, version 1.0* First: after logging in it asks for a pin#, but it does let me enter any digits, press cancel and it let's me in any way. Second: when you log in to the app, AUTO-LOG IN DOES NOT WORK, it's useless to put this on the app if it doesn't work.
