Loved the idea of the app and wanted to use it after recommendations from friends.

Couldnt get past the map page thanks to the app crashing immediately.  Tried deleting and re-downloading.

I use an iPhone X.

سيارتي اختربت في ام الهيمان بنقلها الى القرين يقول ٢٥ دينار 

اتصلت على ونش عادي قالي على طول ١٥ دينار من غير نقاش

I love the idea of the app and I downloaded it twice in two deferent times but I couldn’t use it because the verification code were never sent to me at any time, however I ask to send the code as many times and I’m still waiting !!

The app doesn’t work half the time I can’t even enter the data to sign up it never sent me any emails for verification and when I finally made an account via phone number it didn’t allow to do anything since I couldn’t update my profile. Fix your app.

Very poor service’s and zero credibility  i wait 120 minutes for nothing at the end they stop answering the phone.
خدمات اكثر من سيئة ما في مصداقيه ما تسمع غير مواعيد جذب خلوني انطر ساعتين علي الفاضي واخر شي ما ايردون علي التلفون.

this app helped me today when my battery was stalling and leaking while i was at work. i was able to use this app to have them come to me and change my battery so my car would be fine by the time i was done with work. (30.750 KD for a new battery and 5 KD service charge with 18 month warranty) even though it’s more expensive than going to a garage, i find portarage as a good option because you are paying for the convenience for them to come to you. Overall they are amazing, but i suggest the payment option should be part of the app instead of waiting for a link, the app should notify you when someone is responding to your request, and if they need a photo of my battery that option should also be included in the app.
