As an airline they cancel connecting flight while I’m in the air. No workers in the airport for Porter either so no one to help. Phone wait times last time I called was “8 hours and 40 minutes” (I wish I was joking). They stranded me in Toronto for 8 hours and offered a $4 voucher, not enough to buy a bottle of water in the airport. If Canadian airlines weren’t such a monopoly with no consequences this company would be sued out of existence. It’s not a bad airline, because it doesn’t do enough to be even qualified as an airline. App has his correct birth year but has coded him as an adult and won’t allow a boarding pass to be issued. It is now 7 pm and have had a call in to Porter support since approx. 2 pm but have not heard back from them.
