However, I was disappointed with the packing service. The items were not packed in an organized manner, and there appeared to be little consideration given to grouping similar items together. For example, dishwashing products were packed along with other household belongings, which caused some items to become dirty due to leakage. Additionally, even a garbage bag in a transparent plastic bag was packed with other bathroom items. The cartons were also handled carelessly and were placed upside down at times, resulting in my spice boxes and other items spilling inside the cartons. It appeared that their primary focus was to pack everything as quickly as possible rather than in an organized manner. For instance, if there was extra space left in a carton containing kitchen items, they simply filled the remaining space with unrelated household items instead of packing similar items together. While I appreciate the effort taken to transport everything safely, I am not satisfied with the overall packing service and believe greater care and professionalism are needed. They damaged my item on transit and they refund to give me a refund. Their staff is unreliable, and I would strongly advise others to be careful. I even faced theft from my bag during the service. Their vendors are highly unprofessional and tend to shift the blame onto customers for their own mistakes. They promised to deliver the stuff but they incompleted my stuff …they told remaining half of my stuff for the next day and charged me for it, but they did not delivered my stuff they lied to me they said I will arrange or else Porter will arrange but they denied never showed up. When I contacted customer care, they had no proper solution or support. Also, their pricing is very inconsistent—when you add services, the charges increase significantly, but when you remove them, they reduce the price drastically, which feels unfair and misleading. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I had to arrange another vendor to move the rest of my stuff … they are Porter but they packed my items with no broker tape .. Very very worst service … I had wasted my money Please take this review seriously … I had faced lot of problems …. UNRESOLVED ORDER REQUEST UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMSTERS AND FRAUDS ### 1/5 — Worst service with no accountability *2026-04-03* Booked the service for 7 AM, called partner at 7:02 to enquire ETA and the partner was asleep, I was the one providing wake up service call apparently(didn’t know this was part of the services). The partner finally arrives at 9 am, because professionalism and value for someone’s time🤌. Does assessment and says won’t do the shifting as according to him 5 feet wide almirah doesn’t come under 3-6 feet wide almirah categorisation. For him 3-6 means 3x6 dimensions. After clarification from porter CS team, still didn’t proceed. All this while porter was saying we will reassign to a new vendor(without any action against current vendor). Then after wasting 5 hours on this, get a call from Porter team saying we won’t be able to serve the request as you need to pay extra charges for disassembly, even though i had already added the extra service from the start and had mentioned that the almirah needs disassembly. If you want to save your precious time, please stay away from scammy companies like these because they have now charged me cancellation charges for the initial booking amount. Really not worth the trouble. ### 1/5 — Absolute waste of time.. Big disappointment.. *2026-04-01* Absolute disappointment.. I don’t even know where to begin.. I booked a service as I was shifting.. I don’t have much luggage.. The delivery partner called and told me it will take him 1 hour, which I was fine with btw.. Then after an hour, I called him and he said it’ll take him additional 30 mins..still I waited patiently.. after yet another hour, the customer service agent told me the driver cancelled and he won’t be able to come anymore because he couldn’t find the address.. My address is next to the main road, even a blind person can find it.. and he made me wait more than 2 hours just to cancel?? The the agent said she will assign me another driver within an hour.. still nothing after an hour.. I cancelled the order and created another one hoping this time it will go right.. mind you I had to move out before 12 o clock and it was already 2pm.. Got assigned a driver but no updates, no call.. after an hour I called the customer care, she tried to call the driver multiple times but no response.. she said she will resolve the issue within 1 hour.. Its already 4pm.. If you guys are just going to waste people’s time without providing any service then why bother starting this business at all.. This app is a waste of time.. I wish I could rate less than zero star.. ### 1/5 — Horrible unapologetic behaviour *2026-03-23* The worst experience I ever had with any app or website is with porter only. I can’t begin to describe how much they made me suffer. I booking their packers and movers services to shift my household items as I was shifting my apartment. My slot was from 4 pm in the evening. I waited till 04:30 pm but no partner was assigned then I contacted their customer support and these guys sitting their are so negligent and irresponsible that they didn’t even know that nobody has been assigned to pick my order up. I was continuously trying to get any resolution from their side all they were saying that your matter is escalated to higher management and the team is working on it. I waited three hours in a packed apartment to get my stuff shifted to my new apartment where I was supposed to be at 6 pm but these people provided no assistance. In three hours they were not able to find any partner or provide any resolution, all they were saying that we are looking into this matter. Lastly, I had to cancel the booking because they were just talking rubbish and as soon as I asked them to cancel my booking since I suffered enough, they were very happy to do that because that was the only resolution they had from the starting but were not ready to accept it and kept me waiting so long. Absolutely inhumane and pathetic behaviour and service. ### 1/5 — Was showing wrong location *2025-12-26, version 6.51.2* Gave correct address but the delivery was for wrong location please fix your map. Since on monitoring the delivery man, i called him to bring it back to me . ### 1/5 — Scammers! *2025-12-23, version 6.51.2* The UX is so outdated and hard to use. The drivers are not trained to use the app which is already hard to use for an avg consumer. The drivers start the trips even if it’s not true causing overpay. Once refund is requested in your bank account they will put it in your app wallet and then refuse to return it to your bank account. It’s a shame and a scam. ### 1/5 — The worst service ever!!! *2025-12-19* I recently moved my stuff from Mumbai to Phaltan, and they charged me 7100/- as per the app. I had one extra cylinder added to the things which they didn’t enter in the app and took the money offline. I had ordered for single layer packing and they wrapped my stuff in CELLO TAPE and charged me 200/-. And the process was a total mental torture. First they lost more than half of my stuff and the ones they delivered is 30% damaged. Plus they are extremely extremely rude, will disrespect you at every step, and will deliver your stuff at inhumane hours. I was asked to take mine at 2.30am but later said come at 5am and then actually came at 6 am! When I realised I had my stuff missing, they video called me and showed me half the things and said “jitna dikh rha hai utna hi milega, humne bhugta hai aap b bhugto”. When I asked where is my remaining stuff they said “humko nhii malum, 7 hazar mein apko aisa hi service milega”. Please if you want to save yourself time ,money, your stuff, and mental harassment, DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE POEPLE. I will have to buy all the missing stuff again..which costed me more than the cost for transport. Please rather spend a little more in a trusted service than going for a cheaper service and going through all this! ### 1/5 — Worst delivery service ever – completely irresponsible *2025-12-14, version 6.49.0* I had a terrible experience with Porter. I trusted them because I thought they were professional, especially since I regularly use Careem Delivery, Noon Delivery, and Zone Delivery without issues. Unfortunately, trying Porter even once was a big mistake. The delivery person picked up the item from my store and was supposed to deliver it to my regular customer, but instead delivered it to the wrong building / wrong area. Because of this carelessness, I lost my item and my money. Two boxes were misdelivered. Each box was worth AED 180. That’s AED 360 lost immediately. On top of that, I had to refund the customer and resend the items from my store, which cost me another AED 360. 👉 Total loss in one day: AED 720. No one from Porter responded properly. There was no responsibility, no support, no solution. Just complete negligence. Their riders don’t care, and the company doesn’t follow up. Do not use this application. They don’t care about your business, your money, or your customers.
