Track your investments. Confidentially. Portfolio Performance is the mobile companion for users of the popular free and open-source Portfolio Performance desktop application. This app is your gateway to tracking investments on the move, complementing the desktop version's capabilities. Edit and maintain your transaction history on the desktop, then view and analyze your investments on your device. How does it work? The mobile application reads the same data file as the desktop version. When you assign a password, the file is secured with industry-standard AES256 encryption. Choose your preferred cloud storage provider, like iCloud, Google Drive, or OneDrive, for file synchronization. Your financial transaction history remains confined to your phone, with all calculations performed locally. What features are supported? • Update historical prices with the "Historical Prices" configuration for Portfolio Report, HTML, JSON, CoinGecko, Eurostat, and Yahoo Finance (Note: "Latest Price" configuration is not yet supported). • View statements of assets and related charts. • Access performance views and charts. • Earnings view, including yearly and monthly charts. • Taxonomies, including pie charts and rebalancing information. • Exchange rates, including updates of reference rates from the ECB. • Filters to restrict calculations and charts to specific accounts and/or classifications from any taxonomy. • Support for 29 of the 46 dashboard widgets available in the desktop version. • Analysis for all reporting periods (Note: Reporting periods based on "trading days" using a trade calendar are not yet supported). • Dark mode. Weder Desktop noch iPad oder Handy. Mit und ohne Anmeldung. Durch das Kopieren der Konfigurationsdatei vom Computer auf das Smartphone und der tagesaktuelken Updates der Kurse hat man immer den aktuellen Stand des Portfolios zur Hand. It takes some time to import my latest trades, but it’s way more powerful than the alternatives when it comes to assessing performance and risk. Highly recommended. Feature Requests: 1. Round Yearly Returns in Heat map to nearest tenth (to match desktop version) 2. When tapping a widget that opens the performance calculation & chart, the reporting period shown automatically matches the reporting period of the widget tapped (instead of defaulting to the reporting period set in the options side-menu). 3. New version of Yearly Returns in Heat map widget that shows IRR. ### 1/5 — Still bugged. Lack of support. *2026-03-03, version 1.11.1* There are still some bugs to fix. The community seems dead, open issues have been unanswered for months and months with no feedback. ### 5/5 — Super Tool zur Visualisierung des Depots *2026-02-28, version 1.11.1* Wer ein leistungsstarkes Opensource Tool für die Depotsteuerung sucht, das auch noch kostenlos ist, findet es in PortfolioPerformance. Man kann die Banktransaktionen per PDF äußerst komfortabel importieren, das geht wirklich super. Auch ein Rebalancing des Depots ist problemlos möglich. Zur Visualisierung auf dem Mobiltelefon oder Tablet gibt es auch Apps. Dort kann, muß aber nicht, man ein Abo für 30,- Euro im Jahr um die Entwickler zu unterstützen, was ich gern gemacht habe.
