Your products do not all need attention at once. PortfolioOS gives technical founders and indie makers one private place to see what matters today, understand why, and start a realistic next move. ONE CLEAR, EXPLAINABLE PRIORITY PortfolioOS uses each product's stage, pulse, direction, next move, recent activity, and commitments to create one clear daily recommendation. See exactly why it comes first, what evidence was used, and which product follows. No black-box AI. FROM NEXT MOVE TO FOCUSED TIME Choose 15, 25, 45, or 60 minutes, enter a distraction-free focus session, then record what happened. PortfolioOS tells you when the time is up even if you left the app to do the work, and when you finish it asks what comes next, so tomorrow's recommendation is already waiting. The decision and its outcome stay attached to the product. START IN SECONDS A short introduction explains how PortfolioOS decides, and you can load a small sample portfolio to see a real recommendation before entering anything of your own. Remove the samples with one tap whenever you are ready. A CALM VIEW OF EVERY PRODUCT Group products by what they need: focused, waiting, blocked, missing a next move, or needing a decision. Open a product workspace for its current direction, tasks, decisions, timeline, costs, sources, links, and attachments. ON YOUR HOME AND LOCK SCREEN Add the PortfolioOS widget to keep today's product and its next move in view. On the Lock Screen the content stays deliberately hidden until you unlock, because your portfolio is not something a passer-by should read. IMPORT WITH CONTROL Start manually, or paste a link from where your product lives: its builder, host, repository, registry, or store. Preview and edit available metadata before anything is saved. Import is always user initiated. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No PortfolioOS account. No analytics, ads, telemetry, or background sync. Your database is encrypted on your device, with its key protected by iOS Keychain. A backup carries your whole portfolio and your attached files, and is deliberately readable rather than locked away — so the app tells you exactly what it contains and that it is unencrypted before it writes one. BUILT FOR ENGLISH AND ARABIC Use the complete interface in English or العربية, including right-to-left layout. Reopen both any time from the “?” button next to Settings, alongside a light/dark theme switch. • Word sessions save automatically: close the app and pick up at the same question, or start a fresh session. • Step-by-step conversation: choose a situation for your level, see your reply goal in Arabic, and ask for an English example when you need it. • Clear destination names—Today’s Session, Conversation & Pronunciation, Listening, Library—with tidier service lists on the Practice and Library tabs. • Easier drills: an explicit “I don’t know” action, clear corrections in English and Arabic, level-matched content, and retries instead of counting silence as wrong. • Progress protection: a warning before leaving an unfinished drill, and timers and recording pause when you leave the app, resuming only when you say so. • Placement shows its result before saving, and word import keeps rejected lines with a clear reason and accepts Arabic commas. • Broad improvements for large text, narrow screens, and screen readers. ### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-05 -Start Focus no longer waits on a time estimate — pick how long you have from a quick sheet, and it remembers your last choice. -Why now points to the actual fact behind it: a deadline, a blocker, a decision, a pin, or how long a product has waited — and says so honestly when only one product is ready. -Creating a product is a single screen with a live preview of how it will appear, and Stage, Direction, and estimate tucked behind More details. -Finishing a session is two short steps: save what happened, then optionally note what comes next. -A quiet prompt invites you to add a second product once your first is set up, and a new "How to use PortfolioOS" guide walks through the daily loop. -Paste a link from your product's builder, host, repository, or registry — the app now recognizes thirty-nine platforms and fills in the details automatically. -A refreshed glass look for the top and bottom bars, sheets, and status chips. -Fixed: the introduction's "Add my first product" button, Start Focus on short screens, and the Settings Appearance row at large text sizes. ### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-29 Focus sessions now tell you when the time is up, even if you left the app to do the work, and ask what comes next when you finish, so tomorrow's recommendation is already waiting. An optional daily reminder can nudge you to open your brief at a time you choose. It is off until you turn it on, and it never contains a product name or a move. A short introduction explains how PortfolioOS decides, with an optional sample portfolio so you can see a real recommendation before adding anything of your own. Backups now carry your attached files as well as your portfolio, so a restore brings everything back.
