Portico provides a platform suite of applications for enabling the payroll and accounting services and solutions provided by TopSource. Portico is a secure, web-based, fully-hosted application suite that can be customised to client requirements. The suite includes document archive, HR and payroll, expense management, recruitment, eLearning and payments processing.

The application is comprehensive and has tiered access levels for employee access to their own data, manager's access to their venue data and senior manager access to all company details. Portico also allows you to define user specific access to reports and information.

Mobile Portico has been tailored to deliver an intuitive user experience to keep employees connected.You can make quicker decisions with real-time data from dashboards and alerts.

Employees can check their leave applied status, attendance summary, current salary slip , total employees in the company in one click using Mobile Portico. Mobile Portico makes employee experience cool with real time data update of leave, attendance and documents at any point of time.

• View pay slips:
Employees can use mobile App for viewing their month wise pay slips for the current financial year.

• Apply and / or approve leaves:
Help employee to plan their leave with instant information on leave taken, leave balances , last activities of their leaves, team member leave details for the current period with approve/reject details. Also the employee can search leave details. Mobile Portico provides a superior user experience for easy viewing of leave taken and balances using graphs.

• Check Attendance and Holidays:
Calculations of total hours worked, total present days, absent days and attendance summary for the current month are made easily available for employees. Mobile Portico displays real time attendance of current day and yesterday using an intuitive user interface. Portico also makes it easy for shift employees to view their shift details at their own convenience from anywhere.

• Find employee details and telephone directory:
Search for employees is made simpler in Mobile Portico. The employee can call or email their colleague through Portico with ease typing of first few alphabets of the first name or last name.
