We're known for our famous Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, chopped salad, cheese fries, homemade chocolate cake, and chocolate cake shake. Our Italian beef is slow-roasted for four hours, thinly sliced, and served on freshly baked French bread. Then, it's dipped in hot gravy made with our homemade blend of seasonings that we've been perfecting for 50 years. Haven't tried Portillo's yet? I can’t believe this app went through beta testing. You can’t login but it allows you to sign up for perks. A third-party asked to information which I’m not keen to and suspect it could be a virus. Honestly, so poorly done. This is coming from someone who is computer savvy.

Loyalty doesn’t pay off when you can’t use the app. A serious disconnect from the app and the website. Getting perks is near impossible. Good thing there’s other places I could go that does reward its loyal patrons.

Such a bad design.  Can't see rewards, have to use website to do most things.  Doesn't have a scannable code to use at register.  If you don't want a rewards program, that's fine... better than having one and harassing us every time we try to use it!

This app is one of the worst. It’s difficult to use for ordering through the app because of the crossover use with other restaurant chains and passwords setup with those restaurants then interfere with each other. This causes further problems with from using any of their restaurant apps utterly making them useless.

I have used this app a couple of times in the past and the app says I have visited 2 times but when I look at past orders there is nothing listed. Also there is no where in the app or line to see how many points (or whatever Portillo’s call them) you have towards your next rewards.

Probably one of the worst apps out there. Had the link sent to me 3 times to change my password but each time failed. And app is confusing for rewards program. No where does it say what rewards you have. Portillo’s is good food but bad tech.
