## What is Portion?

Portion makes profit sharing simple for hospitality teams.

Any restaurant, café, bar, pub or hotel that uses Portion can set a monthly goal and share a portion of everything above it with their staff. Your team sees how the venue is tracking in real time, and everyone knows what they're working toward.

FOR STAFF
• See your estimated bonus for the month as it builds
• Track the team goal week by week
• Know exactly how your portion is worked out, with no guesswork

FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS
• Set a monthly goal and the share of profit above it that goes to the team
• Add guard rails, like a maximum labour cost, so bonuses are only paid when margins are healthy
• Choose how profit is calculated: revenue only, or after food and labour costs
• Schedule goals ahead for busy seasons or quieter months
• Manage multiple venues, departments and roles from one account
• Close each month to lock in final figures

SHARE AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE
Show your team the real dollars, or keep figures private and show percentages instead.

GETTING STARTED
Portion works for any hospitality business. Owners can enroll by scheduling a meeting at calendly.com/shareportion-com/30min. If you're on staff, your employer will send you an invite to join.
