Nothing else, no matter how long I wait, no matter how much or where I tap. ### 2/5 — Help!! *2025-05-21, version 5.2* I want(ed)to love Portland gear. Placed 2 orders same day for total around $400. Was trying to add a different address for shipping as the one order is a gift to someone in California and I live in Illinois. It would not let me change address and automatically put order through with my address! There is no way to contact a live person at Portland gear or at the Shop app where you auto send the orders. No customer service? I’m baffled and disappointed. No birthday gift to my friend . My order is also messed up and no recourse?? I have written to Shop and to Portland Gear . I only had apprehensive around buying online because I haven’t seen the bags in store on my own account and buying online can be scary however Portland has so much to offer. They’re local, they’re progressive as far as style and staying up to date as well as kicking back to old school styles! I’ve gotten 2 bags so far. Just ordered the Portland Hoodie, plus a beanie.
