The leather is soft and the quality is supreme. I also like that it has a zipper. I only wish they made it in a medium size. I struggle to fit all my stuff in the small and the large is just too big for my taste. I'm not very satisfied with the quality of snap you hide now my bag sits in closet wondering if I will ever hear or just throw it out . I love the color that's why I bought bag but feel like you left me hanging on your end not very good customer service . I'll try one more time to see if you answer then bag is garbage doesn't close . I was still reviewing items in shopping cart and never confirmed or finalized order. And Portland refused to cancel it even within an hour and just tells me to return everything as my expense. Website was buggy and lagging at the time but I never submitted the order. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 ### 2/5 — Bad service *2026-06-15* I was gifted a couple of PLG bags from a friend, but both times I have tried to order have been a total disaster. First time I ordered from the tote sale and my order was duplicated. It took days to get resolved to credit one of the orders, and then they canceled my other order which they said was not possible to cancel. And it was because they had oversold the item now I purchased on the C sale and their shipping company says they have attempted to deliver twice last Friday and yesterday with specific times as to when they were here, but I was here and I have a security camera that says otherwise so I don’t know where they’re delivery company is taking this package. There’s no reason they couldn’t have left it on the porch. Had they shown up but there’s no evidence of a human being approaching my door on either day so I suspect the delivery just didn’t want to drive to Auburn to drop it off. For one, you can hardly see any of these items to be able to click the button that you want a notification because out of stock items are hidden. When I get notified that it is back and click on it, it takes me to the item but the color I want is still not in stock, so maybe it’s glitching. I’ve gotten notifications three times in the past 24 hours, clicked on them right away, and none of those items were in stock.
