I know that I want to reserve time to lap swim, but this app is incredibly not intuitive. I’ve spent 2 minutes with it and can’t figure out anything. You’re supposed to know how to use and app within the first 20 seconds. It leads you to different places that seem to be for the same thing with a totally different GUI. I’m a UX designer, call me. This seems like a non functional first draft build that presents what things COULD look like. Should not have launched this yet, it’s totally not ready and is only going to turn people off from using it.

This sure would be a nice app if it actually worked. Every time I go to reserve a lane the app crashes or tries to charge me $4, even though I’m a pass holder.

Not intuitive, poorly designed. 

First, I had to use the instructions link on the website to figure out how to schedule a lap swim time. I have designed and tested apps and couldn’t figure this one out. 

Then, I selected a time with 7 spots open and received a message “Sorry, this time is no longer available”. Tried another slot with 8 spots available and received the same message. 

You can’t book spot via the web, so what’s a swimmer to do???

I made reservations for the pool for a few days—did this on my laptop—but when I log in same account on this app, it doesn’t actually show my reservations. For that matter, I can’t find my reservations anywhere online. I guess they have them???

I looked for a ‘feedback’ area within the app to avoid leaving a poor review, but there was no area provided. The app crashes every time I attempt to make a payment (iPhone). The interface does not allow for multiple family members to reserve at the same time, which I imagine could lead to issues when reserving ‘play times’ with multiple family members. We ended up getting through to pay on my Wife’s android, but on that version, the date and day of the week can move independently, so you could very easily make wrong day / date reservations. There’s more that could improve overall experience, but those are the major problems to us.
