PORTPRO Command puts your dispatch floor, your team, and your AI operators in one place. Message anyone. Mention any operator. Move loads from anywhere.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Talk to your team — dispatchers, drivers, billing, customer service, all in one app
- Talk to your AI operators — message Helen for billing, AP for vendor reconciliation, Collections for money in
- Stay on top of loads — see what's moving, what's stuck, what needs you
- Get pinged when it matters — escalations, customer replies, loads at risk, mentions

- Direct Messages — One-to-one or small-group chat with anyone on your team or any AI operator.
- Threads — Replies stay attached to the parent message. No lost context.
- Mentions — Tag a teammate or operator with @. They respond inline.
- Search — Find any message, file, load, or operator action in seconds.
- Notifications — Tune per channel so only what matters wakes your phone.
- Files — Drop PODs, invoices, rate cons, BOLs. Everything stays with the load
