Работает медленно. Адресную книгу то видит то не видит. Сохранение номеров какое то странное. Номер сохраняешь, но когда он звонит, не видно что он сохранен. Можно один и тот же номер сохранять несколько раз и не понятно сохраняется номер или нет. Исходящий вызов только со второго раза. ### 3/5 — Sign in process improvement *2025-01-08* PortSIP UC is a great app, however, the sign in process with auto login enabled is a bit slow at times to sign in, sometimes when I log into the PortSIP UC app, I occasionally encounter the signing in and in progress messages when a majority of the time the app automatically logs me into Livewire. I would like to see that improved in the next major version update to the point where a password reset option for the Livewire or chat line should also be included in the app in case people that log into Livewire forget their password and have to reset it. ### 1/5 — Não funciona *2024-10-25* Depois de preencher corretamente os dados e clicar em ENTRAR, nada acontece. Em apenas 24h sua sede de bateria vai drenar 18% da vida do seu iPhone. Os desenvolvedores que me perdoem, mas parece que ninguém tem competência para fazer um app como o WhatsApp (que eu detesto). Em anos neste mercado de VoIP nunca vi um app funcionando tão bem quanto o WhatsApp e cada dia que passa eu acredito menos que isso pode acontecer. ### 3/5 — Clean soft phone *2024-01-28, version 12.2.1* It’s a clean soft phone with ease of use. Setting up is very easy. Only concern is push notifications. When the app is not running, the incoming call is not displayed. This is annoying. То есть, приложение нужно для того, чтобы получать выходящие звонки, но сейчас не могу даже выйти нормально из дома, так как теперь оно работает только с вай фаем. Раздаю интернет с другого телефона - перестает работать. Или если использую свой интернет, то тоже не работает. Либо не доходят звонки, либо приложение уходит в спящий режим и они опять не доходят. Пользоваться категорически неудобно. Чтобы звонок дошел, то нужно постоянно держать приложение открытым со выключенным экраном. Да и то не всегда помогает. Не выполняет свое назначение. Все нужные звонки от клиентов теряются, потому что через несколько минут просто перестаёт работать если его закрыть. Такие приложения вообще надо удалять от сюда. Они ничего кроме раздражения не вызывают. One of the best I have tried yet. Also privacy oriented. Don’t change. We use both with PortSIP pbx other pbx. Having 2+ sip accounts would be helpful. Please add to the in-call screen: codec and Transport plus SRTP. G.711 TLS SRTP🔒 in the corner for example. Also it seems background noise is much clearer and picked up vs using the iOS dialer. Is there a noise cancelling on/off option for developers? This one just worked without fiddling. Not sure why voip is such a pain to get working but this phone copied well.
