## What is Pos?

View up to date Stock, Promotions, Debtors and Supplier details.
Have the ability to do a mobile stock take or stock adjustments.
Find Debtor and Supplier items purchased.
Reporting on business Stock, Sales and Debtors.
Send Notifications to users via the app.
Keep track of your own notes in the app.

This app will only work for current users of the POSiTILL ERP system.
Contact MIFS Solutions in order to activate the ability to use the mobile app linked to your POSiTILL system.

Debtors Quotations can now be done from the app.
The Stock Details function search efficiency has been improved and shows item onhands while searching items if user has access to view onhands.
The Quarantine value of items is now also displayed on the Stock Details screen.
When searching for items during pre-sale, users can now also search by supplier.
In Utilities > Settings, Under Ordering section, the "Items Search Layout" can now be set to Grid or Rows depending on how items should be displayed when searching and adding to cart for Pre-Sales and Quotations.
A drafts functionality has been added for Pre-Sales and Quotations so that they can be saved locally on devices while users are busy with them in order to continue at a later stage, a maximum of 20 drafts are allowed.
Under dispatch, the Awaiting Picking now only brings up transactions which have not been picked in the past 2 months.

Featured items can now also be viewed from pre-sales main screen.
An option for pre-sale stock picking is now available.
Clicking on the lock suffix icon in the password fields on the login and API Settings screens now shows the password.
The sales rep is now displayed under Account Details section on the debtors master.
