我是夜間營業的酒吧，使用你們POS系統已經一年了7.3更新當晚整場閃退，客人無法結帳，現場出單全停
加了一個群組夜間完全沒有人回應。早上客服回覆只說服務時間到22:45 ，還要我們刪除App自行降版本，請問這個是企業級的服務還是我們店家活該？這不是bug，是對餐飲營業風險完全沒概念的開發與售後團隊技術部門。隔天才說7.4修正好了，但營收、客訴、員工加班成本誰負責？我們不是免費用戶，是付費客戶，請所有做夜間營業的店家三思，這一次我來扛，下一個會輪到你。

建議可以讓店員隨時手動重置用餐時間。 因為客人到用餐時限後，又有加點餐飲的情況下，需要重新計時。 當客人加點餐飲，卻要求客人先到收銀台結帳後再點餐，對客人而言實不方便。特別是同行多人時，又有折帳支付需求時(~_~;) 這樣的情況，相信會日益增加。 而且，現在越來越多有時間限制的店家而言，能讓店員可即時重置用餐時間是很實用的。 我印象中，一年半前剛使用貴公司的系統時，這個功能是可以正常使用的！？不知為何之後貴公司將此功能去除了，只留下原本的碼錶按鈕，但卻無任何作用！？
