I shoot primarily with guys these days, and there’s basically nothing there. They’re charging you $20 to see random photos people have taken with even less context than you’d see on Unscripted. Maybe it was me, maybe I downloaded this before and already did a trial - but this means the system should be improved to say that one has already used their trial for the app. But just a few mins in I don’t see anything very useful and worth paying for. I could easily search for the images provided here elsewhere for free. And if it’s really a posing app i think it should be more inclusive of people not just of color (which they include) but of different body shapes and sizes, particularly couples. Suggestions for real life scenarios and diverse people, not just generic, skinny models. ### 1/5 — Not good *2024-09-26* The posing section does work, even though important categories are missing. The camera setting guide does not work at all. Every single icon is not clickable, so really you just pay for half of the application of the rest doesn’t work. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. I spent time yesterday choosing poses but today the app says, “Loading Error: Oops! Something went wrong while fetching the photo categories.” With a button that says, “Try Again.” Most options at the bottom are grayed out ### 1/5 — It’s a scam *2025-08-12, version 1.6.0* I’ve been charged - from what I could tell - to see photos largely sourced from stock photo sites with zero attribution and no context. It’s Pinterest, but you’re paying for the privilege. ### 1/5 — Do NOT give these people your money *2025-08-07* At first I was annoyed because this app is grossly exaggerating what it offers, which is sort of a cheaper variation of something like Unscripted. But if you screenshot a lot of these photos and image search them? It’s stuff they’re getting off of places like shutterstock. They’re charging people a subscription to do LITERALLY what you can already do on Pinterest for free, and lying about how this is adding some kind of value to it. Save yourself $20 and do a google image search. That seems to be literally what they did here. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work. *2025-05-11* Downloaded the app because I wanted to see what kind of resources it had. Waste of 30 bucks as the app says “ loading error” and never does anything else. Don’t waste your money. ### 1/5 — Is this app still supported?? *2025-05-04* The functionalities do not work. I can’t add poses, read guides, or save ideas. If all of those functions are on the unscripted app then why is still available with a subscription if it doesn’t actually work? ### 1/5 — APP SCAM!!!! *2025-03-11, version 1.6.0* This app has scammed me out of $34.60. It would’ve $77.85, but Apple services was able to refund me for the past five transactions. I had signed up for the free trial and with all my free trials I usually cancel within the free trial so I’ve never get charged. This one flew below the radar and I thought that I just didn’t cancel it in time so I canceled AGAIN later on. Then I look at my transactions in my bank and I’m seeing $8.65 charged about 4 to 3 times a month since December. So even if I signed up for the trial once shouldn’t I just be charged once a month? Well it seems like this app decided to charge me 3 to 4 times every month until February. Buyer beware!!!!! I had to screen record for Apple services to sit for them to see that it had been cancelled but POSA has been changing the cancellation date to the same day so it looks like it was canceled the same day. ### 1/5 — Basically a Pinterest board *2025-01-24* Most of the buttons, filters, and sections don’t work. Clearly they pumped a bunch of money into ads but not the development of this app. Unsure why there are so many positive reviews. This is the same a Pinterest board but as an app. It’s just random stock photos categorized. ### 1/5 — Paid app launcher *2024-12-26, version 1.6.0* This is just a launcher to a paid service. ### 1/5 — Copycat of the UNSCRIPTED App *2024-12-23, version 1.6.0* The app is a literal copycat of the unscripted app, but with less poses and less variety. It’s exactly all the same stuff from the weather and sun tracker down to the pose categories.
