Finally a dictionary that tells you what the words really mean. All the definitions are in Esperanto, so it's not the best for beginners, but it does have English input and output options.

Se mi kreus programeton por tiu celo (kaj mi estus sufiĉe lerta) mi ne povus krei iom tiel bona kaj facila uzi kiel ĉi tio. 
If I were to create an app for this purpose (and I were clever enough) I could not have created something as good and as easy to ude as this.
