Updated to say definitely a scam. My name has a hyphen my bank doesn’t recognize so for this they want me to send a copy of my ID and social security number - they must be crazy if they think anyone will bite at that. 

According to the app, I have no account linked despite my bank, confirming multiple times that the account had been linked. I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m missing some money tomorrow; seems like a scam.

The app freezes each time I try to connect my bank account! This is ridiculous. Have to uninstall. I’m better off just paying cash.

Don’t bother.  I thought getting set up with Hypur would be efficient. After I put in my bank info, it sent me a code, I confirmed the code on the app and it said I had a $300 limit on the bank account, then it Al of a sudden sent me another code for no reason. Everything wasn’t working and it kept saying my bank account was not linking and asked me phishing kind of questions and asking me to put in my social security in full.

Sketchy, gave me weird vibes from the start, inefficient and a waste of storage on my phone. I don’t even know how to delete my account and feel sketch that my banking info is now in this app.

 I do not recommend.

I can’t even make an account! I have tried at least five times on different devices, but I keep on getting the “Something went wrong, please try again” message.

I reached out to customer service after the first failed attempt and was instructed to try Safari incognito mode after clearing the cache. I did that and it still didn’t work! I reached out again and was literally told, “If the website isn’t working for you, it won’t work for me. I’ll let our IT team know.”

Meanwhile, I’m awaiting a medical marijuana delivery and this is the only app they use to accept payment. 🙃 Please do better, this is absolutely ridiculous!!!
