If you lose access to your email, you had it with this app. It requires verification code sent to old email (which you cannot access). If yr email has been hacked, too bad! The app trusts you enough to let you make money transfers and transactions but not changing email!! That’s how stupid it is. The bank requires you to send in a paper form with your signature by snail mail. They don’t even trust you when you email them with your ID. With the snail mail paper form, you don’t know what they do with it as there is no acknowledgment of receipt and you don’t know if they even receive it. That said, I’m very disappointed that this decision has been forced down our throats. The app is virtually unusable - very unstable, keeps causing my phone to crash with restarting as the only option. It repeatedly asks for permissions (without justification) that a banking app should never need, even though I denied the permissions previously. POSB, you have absolutely no business knowing what other devices are connected to my home network. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Wonderful app but 1 limitation *2026-07-23* I wish I could down load my bank statement for a particular period as currently I get only for 1 month which is difficult to understand as how the account moved for a financial year. Eg for usa they need for calendar year and for india they need from April to March.
