## What is Poschore?

Poschore helps you notice your head and neck alignment during desk time.

Wear compatible motion-capable Apple headphones, take a quick upright calibration, and start a session. Poschore compares live headphone motion to your personal baseline and gives you a simple, calm alignment status.

When you need a reset, Poschore can play a gentle reminder. Review today’s alignment percentage and a compact seven-day trend—all stored on your device.

Features:
• Live head and neck alignment status
• Personal upright calibration
• Gentle, selectable reminder sounds
• Daily alignment percentage and seven-day trend
• Compatible-headphone verification before tracking starts

Poschore measures head and neck alignment only. It cannot measure your shoulders, spine, or full-body posture. It is not a medical device and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
