## What is Pose4Me?

Pose4Me turns the worst habit of desk life, sitting still for hours, into a rhythm of tiny, guided resets. Every hour (or whatever rhythm you choose), it taps you on the shoulder, opens your front camera, and coaches you through a 60-second stretch. An animated guide shows the movement, and on-device pose tracking draws a live skeleton over your body, checks your form, and counts your hold like a tiny coach in your pocket.

EVERYTHING IS FREE
All 19 guided stretches, camera coaching, history, streaks, widgets and the Apple Watch app — free for everyone, with no subscription and nothing locked. If Pose4Me helps you, there's an optional "buy me a coffee" tip jar. That's it.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick your rhythm — every 30 minutes to every 4 hours
• Get a gentle reminder during your active hours
• Watch the animated demo, then copy the pose
• The camera tracks your body and fills the ring while your form holds
• Done in about a minute — back to your day

MADE FOR REAL SCHEDULES
Day shift, night shift, or round the clock: set any active window (10 PM–6 AM works fine), pick your days, session length, difficulty, and seated-friendly mode for desk setups.

19 GUIDED STRETCHES
Neck, shoulders, back, arms and wrists, legs and hips, full body — from gentle neck releases to energizing star reaches. Every stretch has an animated movement demo and clear cues.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Pose tracking runs entirely on your iPhone. No account, no analytics, no servers — camera video never leaves your device. We collect no data at all.

ALSO INCLUDED
• Home-screen and lock-screen widgets with your next-stretch countdown
• Apple Watch app with complications
• Streaks and a 14-day progress chart
• Light and dark themes

Your body was built to move. Pose4Me just reminds you.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.26 — 2026-08-20

Your coach got a body — and your watch got its act together.

• A real 3D coach, everywhere — The demonstration figure is now a solid, animated 3D avatar with depth, lighting, and a gently orbiting camera. You'll meet it in the library (every card now performs its stretch), the pre-stretch demo, the in-session "Copy me" guide, and even onboarding.
• Take the tour — A quick six-step walkthrough now introduces the app on first launch. Already know your way around? Skip it, or replay it anytime from Settings.
• Notification taps fixed — Tapping a stretch reminder now takes you straight into the session, every time — including from the Lock Screen when the app wasn't running.
• Apple Watch fixes — The watch app now stays in sync with your phone (no more stale countdowns or "open your iPhone" limbo), and it can now be installed on watches running watchOS 10 or later — not just the newest release.

Free as always. If Pose4Me keeps your shoulders happy, the tip jar keeps the updates coming.

### 1.4 — 2026-08-14

Meet your coach in 3D.

• 3D demonstrations — The "Copy me" guide and the pre-stretch movement demo are now a fully 3D animated coach. Watch each move with real depth — arm crossings, bends, and reaches are much easier to read at a glance.
• Every stretch in the library gets the 3D treatment automatically, with no extra download size.
• Settings refresh — Support for the app now lives at the top of Settings.
• Small polish and fixes throughout.

Enjoying Pose4Me? The tip jar keeps it free for everyone.

### 1.3 — 2026-08-05

Routines, streak shields, and your week in review — 1.3 is a big one.

• Routines — Chain stretches into one guided break: Desk Break, Posture Reset, or Energy Boost. Each stretch flows into the next.
• Streak shields — Earn a shield for every 7 stretches. Miss a day? A shield covers it automatically, and your streak lives on.
• iCloud backup — Your history, streak, and shields now back up privately to your iCloud. New phone, same streak.
• Weekly recap — A Sunday-evening summary of your week, with a shareable card: minutes, streak, top focus area, and best form.
• Smarter suggestions — The suggested stretch now avoids recent repeats and favors the areas you've stretched least.
• Richer progress — New focus-area breakdown and personal bests on the Progress tab.
• Siri, Shortcuts & Control Center — Say "Start a stretch in Pose4Me," add it to Shortcuts, or start a stretch from a Control Center button.

As always: free, private, all pose tracking on-device.

### 1.2 — 2026-07-28

Polish and a small fix to the tip screen. Thanks for stretching with us!

### 1.1 — 2026-07-25

Pose4Me now talks you through every stretch.

• Voice guidance: spoken cues for each movement, plus coaching help when your form drifts — follow along without watching the screen (toggle in Settings)
• The screen now stays awake during camera sessions
• New: Cross-Body Shoulder Stretch, designed to fit fully in the camera frame (replaces the T-Pose Chest Opener)
