## What is PoseBack?

PoseBack is a mirror that runs a few seconds late.

Set it to 8 seconds, prop your phone up, and move. What you see on screen is what you did 8 seconds ago — continuously, on a loop, without pressing anything. Finish a rep, look up, and watch it.

That's the whole idea. No recording. No stopping. No walking back to tap a button.

WHO IT'S FOR
• Lifters checking depth, bar path and back angle
• Dancers running choreography and spotting timing
• Golfers and racket sports watching swing mechanics
• Physio and mobility work where posture is the point
• Anyone practising alone without a coach or a mirror

HANDS-FREE BY DESIGN
Say "replay that" and it plays again. Say "slow motion" and it slows down. Voice recognition runs entirely on your phone — it works with no signal, and it doesn't stop your music.

WHAT'S FREE
• 3 and 5 second delay
• Continuous delayed mirror
• Front and rear camera
• 5-second replay

WHAT PRO UNLOCKS — one payment, no subscription
• 8, 15 and 30 second delay for longer movements
• Voice control
• 30-second replay with scrubbing
• Slow motion
• Saving clips

PRIVACY
PoseBack has no account, no server and no analytics. Video never leaves your phone — there is nothing to leave it to. The buffer lives in memory and is gone when you close the app.
