## What is PoseMaster?

PoseMaster is posing practice that works like the stage: a voice calls each pose, you hit it and hold it, and the camera catches everything for review.

FOR COMPETITORS
- Official mandatory pose lists for NPC and ICN divisions — bodybuilding, classic physique, figure, bikini, wellness, physique and more, verified against federation rules
- A recorded voice calls every pose with countdowns, transition time, and final-seconds beeps — male and female announcer voices
- Judge mode shuffles the order and randomizes hold times, like real comparisons
- Every session records video with a still captured mid-hold on every pose
- Review your run on a pose-by-pose timeline, then keep it in your history or send it to your coach

FOR COACHES
- Build routines or start from division templates, assign them to clients
- Review submissions with timestamp-pinned notes and voice-message feedback
- Track each client's progress pose-by-pose with side-by-side comparisons
- Set practice schedules with reminders

PRACTICE
• If a call comes in or you switch apps mid-routine, the session pauses instead of silently carrying on — and your recording is kept.
• The camera-angle check no longer leaves the camera running when you back out.
• The ready screen shows the real total time for the routine, and Start is always within reach.
• A stalled clip download can no longer freeze the count-in while the camera is already recording.

SELF-REVIEW
• Leaving the review screen with an unsent recording now asks first.
• A failed submit can be retried without re-uploading the video.

COACHES
• Invite links copied from the app now open for your clients.
• Voice-note recording recovers cleanly if nothing was captured.
• Editing a routine can no longer lose its poses if the save fails.
• Your brand colour keeps button text readable, whatever colour you pick.

ACCOUNT
• Password reset actually sets a new password.
• Clear way out if your account can't be loaded.

Also: bigger tap targets, better contrast, a dark launch screen, and dozens of smaller fixes on iPhone.
