"I am writing this review after a deeply frustrating experience with my Posha device. While I was initially excited about the technology, the reality of ownership has been a major disappointment.
1. Poor Reliability and Connectivity:
The device has constant issues connecting to my Wi-Fi, which prevents me from even starting a cooking session. For a product that relies entirely on a cloud-based AI to function, this is a fatal flaw. I have followed all troubleshooting steps, yet the connectivity remains inconsistent at best, rendering the machine effectively useless when it fails to connect.
2. Physical Damage to Property:
Beyond the technical failures, I am incredibly upset that this device has permanently damaged my quartz countertops. The base of the unit has left distinct ring marks where it sits—likely due to a combination of heat and the weight of the unit. Despite trying to clean these marks with standard soap and water, they will not come out. I now have to look into professional restoration for my countertops, which is an unacceptable cost to bear for a kitchen appliance.

The device doesn’t work and has gotten worse with each update.

They will refuse to delete your account.

I am constantly harassed about providing more personal info.

Most of the features in the app don’t work.

I wish I never purchased this device.

They don’t send out code to register.  Is this a legitimate company? Only 4 reviews? I was going to buy one of these machines but I cannot even see a recipe list to see if it worth the money.

Excited for this device to be delivered this year. Downloaded the app to get a headstart on checking everything out but it doesn’t allow you to create an account. Tried on WiFi, on cellular, restarted my phone and waited a few hours. Still can’t create an account.
