And they keep adding features! But the BIGGEST WIN is that it’s one of the few that has mobile capabilities! I can’t stress how extremely important that is for us resellers!! I do hope to see them start adding more platforms ASAP though! That’s my only gripe! ### 2/5 — SUCKS! *2026-07-15, version 1.0.30* this app is horrible, it works when you don’t have any issues but if you have an issue hopefully you have some time to wait bc they’re going to take FOREVER to get back with you & to help fix the issue. if you live in certain parts of the country or have certain banks then it’s a pain to renew it, and if they have it scheduled to renew say on the 1st, but you aren’t able to renew it until the 6th, then you waisted 5 days bc it’ll expire on the 1st no matter what day you renewed it on bc that’s the day they have it set to renew on. it’s such a pain & very very frustrating. i have an issue right now bc i renewed it not even a week ago AND ITS ALREADY EXPIRED!!! it hasn’t even been a week! and i tried to reach out to them over email, which is even slower by the way, AND THEY JUST AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION. even tho i literally paid for it not even a week ago!!! i’m so irritated, it is not worth $25 & it’s a waste of your time & money!! ### 3/5 — Was great at first! *2026-07-09, version 1.0.30* Was amazing at first then I completely saw a decline in sales. Since March my sales have been awful. I don’t know if it’s a result of something in the algorithm or what. I decided to cancel as my sales were so bad it wasn’t worth paying the monthly fee. Instead of me haveing duplicates of listing ### 5/5 — Great Reseller Tool for Canadians *2026-05-01* As a Canadian reseller, the options for store automation and cross-listing tools are very limited - especially for someone like me who wants a "set it and forget it" tool to handle all the mundane, but necessary, tasks in Poshmark. So, after a LOT of research, I'm very happy to say that PrimeLister does a fine job as the best service out there. Are there still features that I wish it had? Sure. But their support is beyond incredible, and they genuinely welcome input and are frequently making enhancements. Here's the joy of it... It's VERY user-friendly. I tried their closest competitor and gave up after 3 days of utter confusion. The share settings used to share your entire closet until last October until I noticed my consignment items were no longer being shared. They claimed Poshmark updated and their tech team was working on a fix and then never fixed it even though I followed up for months. Not worth it anymore, and I’ve noticed my closet has tanked recently. ### 1/5 — Not worth it and no refund! *2025-12-05, version 1.0.27* I don’t see any benefit from using prime lister since Poshmark changed their algorithm. There is no function of cross posting, inventory control etc, so the app is useless at this time. Unfortunately, I got the year subscription and they don’t give any refunds. Therefore, paid $240 shortly before the algorithm change, getting $0 benefits! Their gain, my loss. Don’t make the same mistake! $240 is A LOT of money for me and eats all of my profit from 3 month of resell work! ### 1/5 — Subscription Cancellation + TERRIBLE Company Communication *2025-08-27* I have been using PrimeLister for almost an entire year and EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH, I get a notification that my subscription has paused due to non-payment. Even though my card is on file, even though I go in every single month and manually pay with the exact same card. It’s so frustrating! The best part of having an automated service is all the automation it’s supposed to provide, including payment! I have emailed about this issue repeatedly and have not received a response, so I’m not going to be renewing my subscription and will be finding another automation service. Still waiting for my refund, since I cancelled within 5 minutes of realizing their package doesn’t encompass all their services. I’ve emailed twice with no response, called a number on the receipt that wouldn’t go through, and now have had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I’ve used Poshmark for over 7+ years, and after using this, my account on Poshmark was suspended twice! I purchase the app, and they didn’t even refund me, after only using it for only about (3) days, since Poshmark suspended me after about (3) days of using this app!!!!! Not worth it! ### 1/5 — They are not honest to do business with. *2025-07-08* I don’t usually complain on other businesses because I think what goes around comes around. But honestly for the price of these tools, the customer service should be top tier. I paid for all the bells and whistles like $100 in tools. That’s insanity.. but I did. I always get great response when it’s involved in them making more money but when I have a problem they are no help at all. I got a new credit card and immediately the primelister subscription was canceled. A month later I came on and put a new card on and subscribed for a NEW plan with all the options so I could clean up my pages. I used it for three days and then I was cancelled again. They used my payment to pay for the previous month that I was not even allowed to use the tools at all. But my Poshmark automation tool is still active and have carried on as usual without requiring me to pay the previous month. Gotta make sure Poshmark is still making their money right?? I reached out to support and they left me on read. After paying $100 in subscriptions. That’s just absolutely crazy to me. Customer service is everything especially for people who are investing their hard earned money from their business into your business. Do better!! People get new cards every single day they are mailed in the mail and it takes weeks sometimes. I’ve created a bundle for you nonstop to multiple people. I did not know I sent any messages as I do not have a subscription. The only reason I knew that it did that is I got a comment. What bundle?!?!?!? ### 1/5 — Poor customer service and very expensive *2025-06-05* Customer service was very poor and was a headache to deal with. Wasted a lot of time using their chat and recording videos to upload for support. I was double charged and was trying to get my money back ($45USD/70CAD). I was offered a free trial—no Richard and Megan. I sent videos, explained the situation, and the next customer service rep asked me to do it again before their support tools weren’t working. I was glad when I was able to cancel and not waste any more of my time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. ### 1/5 — PrimeLister Glitch Ruined My Business — No Accountability *2025-06-04* Five months ago, PrimeLister’s app caused a major glitch in my Poshmark closet blurring and pixelating hundreds of my product images. Since then, I’ve been trying to fix the damage, which has directly impacted my income as a reseller. Despite multiple follow-ups and clear documentation of the issue, the Co-Founder, Steven, has ignored my emails. What’s even more frustrating is PrimeLister’s pattern of responding to reviews saying they’ll prioritize my case and asking me to email them with the subject line URGENT: image issue only to then not respond at all. To make matters worse, I’ve written multiple reviews explaining my experience only to have them repeatedly deleted. It feels like PrimeLister is not only refusing to take responsibility but is actively silencing negative feedback from customers. Why are customer reviews being removed?
