## What is positems?

positems is business software for SMEs (Small and Medium Sized Businesses) with many detailed features such as sales, stock and inventory tracking, current account management, supplier transactions, personnel creation and reporting. It allows you to manage and monitor your business on cloud based.

With positems, you can find out how many products you have in stock, the total cost of your products and the sales amount. You can count your inventory on multiple devices simultaneously. You can quickly identify your products by scanning product barcodes from your phone's camera. You can define your products with more than 140 currencies and use 28 languages. By assigning your sales to customer cards, you can track your customers' debts and payments. You can follow up your debts and payments by creating your purchase invoices for the products you buy from suppliers or wholesale companies.

### 3/5 — Easy to use. One just need a little time getting to know the App

The app is straightforward. However the Date is not in English although I have changed the official user language to English. In the product report, it is somewhat confusing  seeing two items for Total amount. I assume that the other Total Amount is Total Quantity. Could have been better if the sales includes the cash handed by the customer minus the total amount and show the change amount. But so far this app fits my small business needs.
