## What is Positive Message?

Positive Message turns one good sentence into a daily habit.

Open the app and one affirmation is waiting for you — set over a photograph or a slow-moving video, with calm ambient sound underneath if you want it. Swipe for the next one whenever you're ready.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• 13 categories — self-esteem, gratitude, motivation, stress & anxiety, body positivity, good night, and more
• 70 backdrops, 14 of them alive — real video, not a slideshow
• 9 ambient tracks to read to
• Write your own affirmations, in your own words
• A daily streak that keeps count without ever guilting you for missing a day
• Share any affirmation as an image or a video
• Available in 8 languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese
