## What is Positive Mindset Challenge?

For Kids:  Get ready to boost your mood, build confidence and discover your inner awesome! This fun and inspiring 30-part programme is packed with short videos, cool challenges and easy tools to help you feel happier, kinder and more confident every day. You’ll learn how to turn negative thoughts into positive ones, handle stress like a pro, build stronger friendships and much more.



It only takes 10–15 minutes a day, and by the end you’ll have your very own set of “Happy Tools” to use anytime you need a boost.

For parents, teachers and youth organisations: The Positive Mindset Challenge is an evidence-based, digital mental well-being and mindset programme designed specifically for youth.  Your child(ren) will learn coping strategies and wellbeing skills that build resilience, confidence and a positive mindset.
