I find myself running on empty with my newborn, the daily affirmations from this app give me a little boost I desperately need after getting very little sleep

My partner has really been struggling with self confidence and motivation, instead of doomscrolling she’s made an effort to switch to scrolling this app and it’s changed her attitude completely!

I had a really hard time during pregnancy and this app helped me a lot. It felt like the affirmation knew what time to come to really pep me up again and remind myself that’s this is tough but I can get through it.

I really appreciate that you don’t have to make an account or give your details to use it unlike other apps, that always gives me an ick feeling

The app is a little limited in content if you use the free version so I went premium and it was well worth it. Big ups to the app for charging a small one time fee rather then a subscription
