### 3/5 — 5 STARS - Customer service is the BEST

*2023-08-29, version 5.4*

3 stars was after issue/new rating is 5 stars!

I found this app and the program helpful, however i went months without using the app and when I went to open it all it did was spin. I kept trying and thought something might have happened. I left a review after trying to get tech support in hopes they might see it and reach out. I also reached out on their website for help. To my shock I got a response almost immediately in my email.

It turns out it was a simple error in the code and they were able to fix it, but what was so amazing was the customer service. I received several emails from their app tech to the owner. I felt like they actually cared. I admit I should have been patience, but I’m a mom who was worried about her kid, I finally found time to look for help and I’ve been scammed before. I’m so glad to know there are honest good people out there who really do want to help.

### 4/5 — Needs a 10 second fwd/back button

*2022-11-29, version 4.6*

I love the information and I’ve come back to it many times over the years, but each time I get very frustrated with trying to rewind a little when I miss something. There’s no way to do it without jumping huge blocks when you use the slider with your finger. Please give us a 10 or 15 second jump forward/backward button.

### 2/5 — Last update was not good

*2022-08-20, version 4.2.0*

After last update the app keeps having a glitches. A black screen that can not be removed without turning off the phone.

### 5/5 — Game Changer

*2022-04-12, version 4.1.6*

Every parent should follow this system.

### 5/5 — Watching videos

*2022-03-02, version 4.1.5*

I wish I could cast the videos to the TV via chromecast or something so they’re easier to watch, but other than that it’s great so far (just started step 2).

### 5/5 — Not a scam

*2022-02-17, version 4.1.5*

I’ve been seeing their ads on Instagram and somehow kept thinking it’s all marketing and too good to be true.
PPS turned out to be a careful collection of many psychological research and it’s been making the biggest difference in me and my family. We were not terrible but now we’re great. I wish every parent could take these classes once they had kids.

### 5/5 — Becoming the parent you want to be on the go

*2022-01-24, version 4.1.4*

What a gift it is to have this program available in an audio format! I’m a busy stay-at-home mom, I don’t often get the luxury of being able to sit still and when I do I’m spending it with those I love. Thank you, thank you for these much needed reminders, tools and guidelines!

### 5/5 — Amazing Class

*2022-01-18, version 4.1.4*

This should be given to every parent at the birth of there child.

### 2/5 — Offline content won’t load without signal

*2021-12-17, version 4.1.4*

Content is excellent but the downloaded content won’t play (just stays in loading, spinning mode). I wasted two whole flights not being able to listen to lessons I had planned. Very frustrating. Even while back online, one lesson audio (homework topic) won’t play despite repeated attempts. App is fully up to date.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2021-12-04, version 4.1.4*

I love the course material. Mostly the interface is good…I just wish for a 10s forwards and backwards buttons. I like to repeat a comment often enough I really notice the lack. So much so I very nearly dinged the app a star. But I so appreciate the material it kinda hurts to rate it less than 5 stars.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2021-12-03, version 4.1.4*

Best format and teaching tool

### 5/5 — very convenient

*2021-11-03, version 4.1.4*

I like listening on my phone while doing chores. Sometimes I follow along with the workbook printed out. Excellent material hands down! I wish I could easily access the recorded coaching calls in app. Awesome and thank you

### 4/5 — Nice app

*2021-10-06, version 4.1.2*

Some navigation not intuitive, could not find my way back to where I left the course for a while. Very nice otherwise.

### 5/5 — Anytime coaching

*2021-08-04, version 4.1.0*

I love that I have the curriculum at my fingertips!

### 3/5 — New app update lets phone fall asleep during videos

*2021-07-23, version 4.0.9*

This is normally a 5-star app, but I just updated the app a few minutes ago and now my phone falls asleep a million times during the videos. Oops. I’ve been using the app for months now and it’s never done that. Can someone fix and release an update again?

### 5/5 — Cuts Deep, Aims High, Stays Practical

*2021-07-14, version 4.0.8*

CUTS DEEP
Amy’s course is personally convicting because she strikes to heart-level motivations from the outset. She aims for understanding, not just behavior modification.
AIMS HIGH
If we take time to recognize what’s really going on with our kids (based on their actions and on research), we can gain clarity to approach parenting differently and not get pulled into power struggles or manipulation. When we know what we’re about, we can more consistently lead our kids to higher ground.
STAYS PRACTICAL
Yet Amy’s tools and recommendations are practical and specific, with detailed descriptions of scenarios for use. The whole course is well ordered and accessible, whether using the PPS App or working from my laptop.
And there are plenty of supplementary articles and materials for those who have more questions or want to dig deeper (FAQs, Advanced modules, etc.).

Positive Parenting Solutions has helped me not only to understand my children more but also to better understand myself and other adults.
Amy’s no nonsense approach has helped me develop a more practical vision for loving my children well while keeping proper boundaries as a dad. We set the tone by being proactive as parents, rather than simply reacting to midbehaviors.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — I paid for unlimited access for life and I can no longer access this app.

*2023-08-18, version 5.4*

I was trying to get back to it and clicked next to go to the next page. I’m on a blank page and it won’t let me see anything.
Would appreciate any support.

### 1/5 — Nope

*2022-10-13, version 4.4*

Just downloaded this app and it took me straight to the member sign in. I obviously am not a member since I just downloaded the app. No options to create an account or anything. If an app doesn’t work right when you download it then I’m out.

### 1/5 — Glitchy and needs a continual play mode

*2022-08-31, version 4.3*

Having to interact with the app every 4-10 minutes to move to the next video is super inconvenient. If I accidentally swipe left the app freezes and I have to shut it down and restart it. It also glitches out with Bluetooth devices (not sure which side of the equation is causing the glitch in this situation).

### 1/5 — Information is great but navigation is a pain.

*2022-03-07, version 4.1.5*

Plus all the tools you are used to, gets taken away for ages before you get to the point where you get new ones. You know you’re doing it wrong but you don’t know how to do better. A lot of doubling up, I would’ve preferred a few long videos all up.

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2021-05-13, version 4.0.7*

Cant listen to easily in my car. It continually restarts and doesn’t continue where I left off. Not easy to navigate.

### 1/5 — The user friendly features of this app WERE great and helpful and logical!

*2021-03-11, version 4.0.3*

I was able to listen to the videos offline. I was able to listen while doing other things on my phone. I was able to watch videos without the videos stopping when my phone times out and locks. Now I have to keep tapping to keep it awake. I was able to skip 15 seconds either direction. That disappeared. For some reason my phone didn’t even ask me to update to this 4.0 version and my babysitter’s phone did. Needless to say I told her not to do it. I haven’t been on this app since so I don’t know if things have changed or not but it immediately gave me the option to leave this feedback so I’m doing it based on my last experience.

### 1/5 — Can’t even open the app

*2020-10-30, version 3.33.9*

I type in my password and as soon as I press enter ... it kicks me out of the app :( Every single time.

### 1/5 — Needs to be fixed

*2020-10-12, version 3.33.8*

Just downloaded app. When I try to login it just closes. See this has been reported several days ago. Please fix.

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2020-05-16, version 3.33.1*

Can’t ever use it because it constantly crashes, even with the updates

### 1/5 — The concept of positive parent solutions is a con

*2020-05-10, version 3.33.1*

I’ve gotten involved in these schemes before. Every time you want to progress they offer you new options to cost more money.
The lessons are complicated is difficult to follow you cannot seek out information you’re looking for you have to suffer through hours of boring crap to find the nugget you’re looking for waste of money runaway runaway runaway

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — For every parent worldwide

*2024-03-10, version 6.7*

This course should be a requirement for every parent to go through at lease 3 times.

### 5/5 — Amy handed my mama heart a mirror

*2023-08-24, version 5.4*

The first thing I’d say is if you’re not willing to look inwardly & put in a lot of work, these methods probably aren’t for you. For me, I got a big dose of self-reflection. What I wanted my kiddos to get from me as a mom couldn’t have possibly happened without ME changing first.
I had great success 5 years ago, following Amy’s tools. The biggest impact I had on my “out of control” 3 year old was committing to Mind Body & Soul Time. HUGE impact!!! I realized that it’s not enough to just respond when your child shows you something they’re proud of, or play with them sometimes. DAILY undivided attention was truly the KEY! My child’s attitude and behavior instantly changed- like we had mind body would time ONCE and he was already behaving in a more positive way. If you are considering using this program, don’t hesitate! Your children are worth it, you already work so hard for them every single day!! This is just a different type of method with amazing results.

### 5/5 — Saved me so many times

*2023-07-03, version 5.3*

I signed up for a lifetime membership,
and take it once a year. Brilliant and each time I see it differently. I love it and recommend it. I have remembered it to my clients and they have had big transformations. I loved the mindset, every time I have looked up a problem, Dr. Solutions it has worked. If you only do one thing to make you better (as a parent and a partner) i would recommend to do the “Body Soul & mind time” it solves most problems.😍 I love the course and I watch it over and over and over. It helps me to remember and change my patterns to make us more healthy and a team working together towards our team. I’m a mindset speaker I’m #MightyMel (mindset/business), but as a leader, and running business the PPS has transformed my family and it’s part of a million things that gone right over our 20 years marriages, our family and my businesses. I love it covers so many things and the mindset for different ages. I highly recommend. One of the best tips was telling my kid that I was taking parenting classes. I would let my kid listen to the courses (Eg I would listen to the audio when we drove) and (yes my kid 🤨😝) but after complaining. I said this “this is important to me because I’m learning the be a better parent for you” I noticed how my kid stared respond and think differently. 🥰 After this course I started to run my family like a business and a leader. The mindset is so valuable. Thank you. It changes everything 🥰 and then after 20 years we divorced and this program had classes I need to help me co-parent and now I need toopd to help my diability. Thanks

### 5/5 — Thee Best!!!!!

*2023-04-05, version 4.9*

Worth every dollar & honestly so much more. The relief I am feeling & experiencing from the wisdom being shared is priceless. I’m on on day 2. If anyone uses the tools & tips from day one they will experience immediate transformation!!!! Too good! If you’re contemplating getting this resource, I would say, just get it!!! I’m a mom of 4 from ages 15 down to 6. This is truly God-sent! 👏🎉

### 5/5 — Indispensable!

*2023-02-18, version 4.8*

It’s a must complete and implement course. I’m 2 years in and still refer and rediscover concepts and techniques. Other parents are jealous. My parents cite me as example to my siblings. I’m proud.
Being a bad parent is hard. Being a better parent is hard. With PPS being a better parent is still hard, but at least it is possible.

### 5/5 — Great content

*2023-02-01, version 4.8*

The content so far is super helpful, it makes total sense and gives you a very simply laid out step by step plan on how to improve your family life! Highly recommended thank you

### 5/5 — Finally!

*2022-10-09, version 4.4*

Finally someone agrees with me that children love and not blame, shame. I am a teacher school is half of a child’s life. They shouldn’t be scared after life. They shouldn’t behave because they’re afraid of the consequence. They should behave because their needs are met and they’re happy. I feel very deeply about this and positive parenting solutions has given me the freedom to manage my classroom in the loving way while still maintaining a calm environment.

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2022-09-20, version 4.3*

Not only is the advice brilliant, but the way it is presented is even more brilliant. Easy to follow, lots of good examples, great support materials. Five stars, plus, plus!

### 5/5 — Made a huge difference

*2022-07-10, version 4.1.7*

This information really helped me shift away from my control style parenting which was triggering my son into rebellious actions. He responds so much better now and I am a better parent.

### 5/5 — Greatful

*2022-06-30, version 4.1.7*

So happy to have found this training. I knew there had to be a better way. I’m only half way through the steps and already see, feel and hear such a huge change in our household. Less yelling and stressful situations! Thank you for sharing this knowledge and breaking it down step by step to help parents to raise their children to be capable and responsible with love and patience!
