The child is asked to select their current mood, and then taken through some steps to explore the foundation for the feeling. What didn't work for me was the question and answer format. The child is asked about some aspect of their feeling and a keyboard appears for them to type in their analysis. I have an 8 year-old and there is no way a child will have the interest, patience or typing skills to respond; I found it a tedious format and I type well. As a footnote, I couldn't get it to load on an iPod 4Gen.
