Positivity is your personal journal for the good things in life.

We tend to notice the negative more than the positive. Positivity helps you rebalance that – by consciously capturing what enriches your day.

Photograph or describe moments that matter to you. Mark them as significant or as insights – and look back on them whenever you need a boost.

1% IMPROVEMENTS
Small, consistent steps lead to big changes. Note things you want to improve in your life and check them off once you've done it.

BRIGHTEN
Let your own moments and improvements inspire you. The Brighten feature displays what you've collected in a beautiful, swipeable view. Make your progress visible: you can now add a before and an after photo to any 1% improvement – displayed side by side as a striking comparison.

A fresh daily impulse to get you thinking and taking action.

STAY CONSISTENT 
With the optional streak feature you can see at a glance how many days in a row you have captured something positive. The weekly overview shows each day as a flame: purple for a saved moment, yellow for a completed tip or improvement. Every 10-day milestone gets a special celebration.

Design & details
Headers across all tabs look cleaner and more consistent. In dark mode, content fades smoothly when scrolling beneath the header. The camera button when adding a moment is now more visible in dark mode. The moment form now opens full screen. You can also now search for your best moments.

Make Positivity truly yours: choose your preferred colour theme in the settings.

Brighten – completely redesigned
The Brighten section now presents your moments and completed improvements as an interactive card stack. Swipe a card aside to reveal the next one – with haptic feedback on every swipe. Completed cards feature a colourful sticker, and the final card briefly glows as a little ray of hope. Completed improvements now also show the exact date they were finished.

Before & after photos for improvements
