This PTSD is reactive, debilitating and continual, and I was finding no relief. Nor were “medical professionals” much help as all they wished to do was prescribe mind-altering drugs. I was introduced to the “Shapes” game and have been using it when I feel myself descending into this PTSD induced pit of horror. The Game is a Life Changer. After 5min playing, the decent into mental pain has dimmed and gone away, the visions gone, my breathing is normal….and I feel balanced, normal. I’m not saying that I feel joyful playful abandon or that “I’ve been touched by God” type of miracle, but that I feel normal again, on an “even keel”, ready to face Life on my own terms.
