PosseChat | Teams, AI Agents, and Business Workflows PosseChat brings team communication, AI agents, project management, and business workflows into one enterprise workspace. Connect conversations to tasks, decisions to approvals, and people to the information they need to move work forward. Our service extends beyond the app. We help organizations design, plan, and deploy their workspace around their teams, processes, and operational requirements, with data security, privacy, and access management considered throughout the solution. KEEP WORK IN CONTEXT Organize communication around teams and projects, keeping discussions connected to relevant tasks, documents, and records. Reduce fragmented information and repeated questions. Use channels, group chats, and direct messages to share photos and files, discuss progress, and coordinate work. In the office or on site, the mobile app helps your team stay informed and act with the context they need. BRING AI AGENTS INTO EVERYDAY WORK Work with your organization's AI agents directly in the workspace. Start a conversation or @mention an agent to ask a question, request information, or delegate work, then review its response alongside your team's discussion. Agents operate according to your organization's workspace configuration. We help plan their roles around business needs, connecting AI capabilities to practical work rather than a separate question-and-answer experience. CONNECT PROJECT PLANS TO EXECUTION Bring tasks, owners, milestones, documents, and calendars together in the project workbench. Move from an overview of progress to specific responsibilities, key dates, and next steps. Keep project discussions and working materials organized around the same context, helping managers follow progress and team members understand what needs to happen next. HANDLE TASKS AND APPROVALS ON MOBILE See tasks assigned to you and approvals awaiting your attention in one place. Review the relevant information and take action from your phone, keeping work moving across roles and locations. Stay aware of conversations and business activity that need your input, with notifications and personal settings to help manage interruptions. KEEP DOCUMENTS CLOSE TO THE WORK Share and access documents within conversations and projects. Find the information behind a discussion or open the materials associated with a project, keeping communication, execution, and documentation connected. Mobile file access and preview help your team consult working materials wherever they are, supporting collaboration between the office and the field. DESIGNED AND DEPLOYED AROUND YOUR ORGANIZATION Every organization has its own structure, processes, and management requirements. We help plan the workspace around team organization, project collaboration, approval needs, and the intended roles of AI agents, then support its deployment and configuration. The PosseChat mobile app provides access to that enterprise workspace, so your team can collaborate wherever they work. SECURITY AND PRIVACY AS PART OF THE SOLUTION Business data security and privacy are central considerations in how we design and deliver the workspace. We help plan deployment, account management, roles, and access permissions around your organization's requirements, establishing clear boundaries for workspace use and access to information. Administrators provision and manage accounts. The access and use of AI agents should also be addressed within the organization's permission and privacy requirements. Deployment arrangements and security configurations are defined as part of the implementation plan. GET STARTED PosseChat requires a workspace set up for your organization. Enter the server address provided by your company and sign in with your administrator-issued account. Public self-registration is not available.
