I’m disabled and I miscalculated how much I needed. I’m going to have my electric shut off. I asked to adjust for $50 more and they refuse. I get it. That’s their right. But it shows what kind of company and people they truly are.

Edit:  I did contact you guys. You told me nothing could be done.
