Never had trouble with them until recently. I was hospitalized and missed one payment. Paid off the balance full but then they started denying me. They said it was identity verification issues even though I provided everything they asked for. I am no longer using them and strongly advise not to use them. If using your credit score for any big purchases, they look at the 200 interest on these advances/loans.
