### 3/5 — TSA

*2026-03-27, version 8.9.0*

You need to broaden your perspective. For example, regarding the TSA funding issue, consider covering the 20 US airports that use private firms. Look at what other countries do as well.

### 2/5 — Messed up update

*2026-02-17, version 8.8.0*

App worked fine until your most recent update. Now when trying to resize the page to read articles the page jumps back and forth between different page sizes. I’ve restarted my iPad and reloaded the app and none of these have fixed the issue. It is almost impossible to read articles when the app keeps jumping around.

### 4/5 — Sunday Paper

*2025-12-16, version 8.6.0*

We do get the e-newspaper but we do receive a physical newspaper on Wednesday, Thursday and we are supposed get Sundays paper on Saturday thru the mail. On Saturday, Dec. 13 we did not receive a Sunday paper at all. This has happened a few times. Should we get reimbursed or do we go online and read it?I really like reading the physical paper better.

### 4/5 — A dwindling news source - but all we have left

*2025-09-05, version 8.1.0*

The Post Crescent is only a shell of itself, with minimal local news and so much less community-level reporting then it offered only a 1/2 decade ago. It’s struggling so hard as its advertisers seek easier and more convenient internet routes for product and service announcements. Its all a mighty challenge for traditional and honest news reporting.

Whether the “paper” remains such is pretty much a moot point…it’s the honest, quality reporting that counts as tic-tok opinion-esk blather fights for dominance -often over the truth. Don’t let it!

The Post Crescent is a precious gem and must be kept and supported by all of us, it’s a true investment and worth every penny we can muster to maintain it.

### 4/5 — On line reading

*2025-08-18, version 8.1.0*

I like the expanded articles with the online edition. Also getting to read articles at least one day early.

### 3/5 — Proofreading

*2025-07-06, version 8.1.0*

Doesn’t anybody proofread what you produce? There are an incredible amount of spelling, grammatical, and obvious, easy factual errors. For example, one story had 2 different years listed for a rather significant event in Packers history. Two errors in one paragraph. The FIRST PARAGRAPH!!

### 1/5 — No way to cancel! Be warned!

*2023-06-05, version 7.1.1*

Impossible to cancel subscription don’t get fooled.

### 1/5 — Post Crescent app

*2023-02-05, version 7.0.3*

The newly added e newspaper section one can’t find a printer icon (per help section instruction) when trying to print crossword puzzle.
Q: How do I print puzzles and other content?
A: In Index mode, select the content you want to print so that it is displayed in the right side of the screen. Click the Print icon directly above the content.

If you prefer to define the area of the page that is printed, use the Share icon to the right of the Print icon, selecting the Clip option on the Sharing menu.

In Browse mode, select the Page Number in the top left or right corner of the displayed page. Then select the Share icon and follow the instructions to highlight/clip the area to be printed.

### 1/5 — I hate, hate,HATE this app!

*2023-02-01, version 7.0.1*

Have had nothing but problems since going digital. Can’t share the subscription with my husband. Customer service tried to help and is stumped. Can’t find where I can change my password, and it’s not in settings. Beyond frustrated! Been trying since early December to get this to work.

### 1/5 — Review

*2022-10-21, version 6.12.5*

For me the app itself is fine.
Content is a problem. News is never current.
Today there were articles in the sports that were days old, and nothing current.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work

*2022-07-30, version 6.12.5*

Post Crescent app doesn’t work on my mobile phone. Try to sign in many many times and it didn’t work. Rebooted my phone, reinstalled the app and still doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — WORST.NEWS.APP.EVER

*2021-11-04, version 6.5.9*

OMG, this app is beyond annoying! To start, there is sooo much advertising, including ads disguised as stories and pages and pages of clickbait stories at the bottom of every story. I’m paying for this?! Lose the clutter. Get a text while reading a story and want to answer that? Go ahead. Then come back TO.THE.HOME.PAGE! Take a call while reading a story? Come back TO.THE.HOME.PAGE! Step out to leave a nasty review? You guessed it. ARGH!

### 1/5 — Unresolved issues

*2021-10-10, version 6.5.9*

My husband & I are subscribers. We haven’t been able to login on our phones for weeks. The password reset link must be broken as a reset doesn’t get sent.
There is no place on the app to request support.
The subscriber access links just hang indefinitely.
There isn’t a help function. Very frustrating!

### 1/5 — Obituaries

*2021-10-03, version 6.5.9*

They will not update!

### 1/5 — Post crescent

*2021-09-12, version 6.5.9*

.99 for six months was hogwash, billed 9.99 right away

### 1/5 — Post crescent

*2024-07-24, version 7.11.1*

This is, by far, the worst app I have used. I thought a company of this size would have been able to have a top notch app but that is not the case. It appears my only option is to cancel my subscription.

### 1/5 — Nightmare

*2024-07-24, version 7.11.1*

Your present app will not allow me to log in, every time I try it wants me to purchase.

### 1/5 — Defeats purpose

*2024-03-15, version 7.6.1*

Your paid subscription does not allow you to read when out of the country! Completely defeats one of the primary reasons I subscribed

### 1/5 — Keeps losing subscription

*2023-10-20, version 7.3.2*

Seems every few times I go on it asks me to subscribe and cannot find my existing subscription - lots of runaround screens that go nowhere. Thus I cannot access the eNewspaper I am subscribed to.

*2022-10-06, version 6.12.5*

It’s easy to use and navigate, although the repetitive stories, and I understand local high school sports, but can they have a section for themselves on the App? I would like to see local and state wide news in front .

### 5/5 — Post Crescent

*2022-04-26, version 6.10.0*

I started delivering the Post Crescent when I was 12 years old in 1969. I started to read it while I delivered them and liked learning about my community and the rest of the world. I now live in northern Wisconsin and still read the Post Crescent whenever I get a chance, whether it’s on paper or online it’s still the only newspaper I enjoy reading.
