## What is Post day?

Postday is a healing diary app that lets you record your daily emotions on sticky notes and visualize your mood journey as a blooming garden.

Instead of long, heavy journal entries, just pick an emotion emoji, select the weather, and jot down a few words. As your records grow, flowers bloom in your Mood Garden, letting you reflect on your emotional journey.
