### 2/5 — Automatic parcel import is not working

Other functions work fine except automatic parcel import. Everytime I enter code that I got from the email or phone number, it said “ the contact details cannot be verified”. 

Please note that I have always had this problem, and it never get solve. Please please get it fix! Thanks. Without this problem I would rate it 5 stars

**Developer response:** Please send us your email address and the phone number, that you try to verify, to postaonline@cpost.cz. 
And information about your iOS version and type of your iPhone. We will check it out.

Pošta vytváří určitě hodně nepoužitelných IT věcí, tato appka je ale ta použitelná. Na uchování zákaznických karet, sledování zásilek a hledání poboček je fajn, co víc je potřeba. Snad by se ještě hodila možnost zadání balíků/dopisů přímo v apklikaci.

**Developer response:** Děkujeme za pochvalu naší aplikace. Jako další by se určitě hodilo automatické načítání zásilek podle kontaktních údajů u nich evidovaných – což právě připravujeme. Do aplikace ji v budoucnu také zřejmě přidáme.

U sledování zásilek to vždy napíše že zásilka neexistuje a po cca 10 min se někdy načte.

Zásilky nelze editovat, jen smazat a znovu vložit.

Aplikace často zamrzne či spadne.

Otvírání webu nefunguje.

No nic jiného jsem ani nečekal.
