### 2/5 — Too Slow

*2026-07-21, version 70.15.4*

I have sent over 50 postcards using Postagram, but this year’s, 2026 cards are slow to be printed and mailed. I designed and submitted a Postcard 9 July 2026, and I was originally told it would be delivered 14 July 2026. Instead it, and a slew of others were delivered today (07/20/2026). With older cards, I’ve seen better delivery times, but this business model has dismissed timeliness all togetjer. Looking for a better version.

### 2/5 — App always fails

*2026-07-12, version 70.15.4*

I use this app to send postcards to my daughter at camp. It has been down for the past 4 days. I just get a scroll wheel of death when submitting one forever until I get frustrated and close it out. Conveniently this happens as soon as I buy credits instead of paying via Apple Pay so they already have my money.

### 2/5 — Meh

*2026-02-16, version 70.9.1*

Used this a couple dozen times and generally a good product, but with an address correction needed, I found there are no cancellation or changes after, ohhh, a minute, despite the card not printing for two days. Looking for another vendor.

### 4/5 — Good cards bad UI

*2025-11-08, version 70.9.1*

The card stock is great—sturdy. But the user interface. Grrr. Took me minutes to delete the sample text (dont know why it doesn’t automatically disappear when you start typing your own message). In part difficult because the cursor is a very very thin orange line on a black background. Impossible to see in daylight. Maybe one should only write cards at night?

### 2/5 — Could be better

*2025-10-21, version 70.9.1*

Why can’t the card have the picture on the front and the message on the back? You know like a real post arc Small picture so the message fits then the same message on the back with the address doesn’t make sense. If you start a message then go to add an address the draft disappears.

### 4/5 — Useful!

*2025-08-16, version 70.9.1*

This is just perfect for me to use to send pictures to my mom who has Alzheimer’s and she loves the pictures! But what is missing is more various frames!

### 3/5 — Have used for years

*2025-07-14, version 70.9*

I recently rediscovered this app. I used heavily 2017-2019. I logged back in and sent another Postagram. It’s easy, it’s fast, but I really wish they’d update some of the designs. I’m shocked they are the same from 7 years ago.
It’s 2025, can we get some new cards please?
Big plus it takes Apple Pay and you can sync with contact addresses.

### 4/5 — UPDATED- Want to love it

*2025-04-08, version 70.5*

April 7 2025 update:

After the developer’s response, I’m grateful at least to have an option to use Ink Cards to send postcards with full-size pictures. For that I will update to 4 stars. But since my goal is to send postcards, I still think that the developer should give me an option in the Postagram app for a full-size photo. Thanks for your help.

Original review:

This has the potential to be such a great service, but I find the inability to use a full-size photo very limiting. I don’t want to choose from one of the cheesy backgrounds, I just want the photo of my choice to fill the card. A picture is worth a thousand words and doesn’t need a border or message to distract from it. If you add this feature, I will gladly change to 5 stars!!

### 4/5 — Only for domestic orders (USA)

*2025-02-18, version 70.3.1*

In theory, Postagram is a good idea. And if you’re just sending domestically (within the US) it usually works. But if you’re trying to send something to a recipient abroad, it either takes much longer than what their return policy offers (30 days) or it doesn’t arrive at all. Sending to Argentina was a no show, and for something to arrive to the UK it would sometimes take months to arrive, if ever. Send a real postcard instead— it’s much more reliable.

I personally wouldn’t send a Postagram to anyone outside of the continental US again. The company wasnt really willing to work with me to ‘resend’ or ‘refund’ the lost overseas Postagram, hence the one star review.

### 3/5 — It’s getting harder and harder to add text

*2024-09-10*

I’ve been using Postagram happily for years, but it’s getting harder and harder to delete the sample trxt. (Why don’t they delete it when you start typing like every other app?!) Difficult to SEE the thin orange cursor against the black ground. And so practically impossible to move it.
And then it takes the card forever to get to the recipient—two weeks to get to a recipient who lives less than 2 miles from me!
I’m going to look for another comparable service.

**Developer response:** Hello, we're sorry for your trouble. We appreciate and have noted your feedback. If you tap to enter text, the cursor should automatically be at the end of the sample text; so we might suggest deleting it from there. Please e-mail support@sincerely.com with any further comments, questions or suggestions for improvement. Thank you!

### 1/5 — Not good anymore

*2024-08-26, version 66.3*

I have used this service to send my kids cards to camp, but this year most of them never got there. I must have sent 100 Postagrams over 2 months and maybe half of them were actually received by my children. I will be looking for a different service next year.

### 1/5 — Don’t use for campers

*2024-08-12, version 66.1*

Their responses seem fairly typical and they blame USPS. The problem is they claim to produce the postcard within one business day, which is 100% inaccurate and then shipping they say it takes 3 to 5 days which also is inaccurate. I just got an order confirmation that suggested the estimated arrival was eight days from now. I sent three prior postcards on different days which all were produced and shipped on the same day which isn’t very much fun when you’re shipping cards to an 11-year-old at camp. Maybe there’s a lazy use case here for sending a post card when arrival time doesn’t matter.

Their AI customer support is useless. I sent a note to their email. I don’t have high hopes based on other posters.

### 4/5 — Great app

*2024-07-31, version 66.1*

Love this app for sending notes to kids at camp. Don’t love that it takes on average 10 days to deliver cards after payment is completed on the app. This should be streamlined

### 3/5 — Shipping Delays

*2024-07-24, version 66.1*

I have used Postagram since 2021. The quality of the cards are nice, along with their user platform.

When I go out-of-town, I create a Postagram a day for my Momma. However, Postagram has started bulk shipping, so instead of the postcards trickling in to Momma while I’m gone, she receives several on the same day. I expect them to ship the day after the order is placed. I snapped a screenshot of my email inbox, today, 23 July, where cards I had created on the 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st were being shipped, today. I realize the 21st was Sunday, but I expected the postcard to ship on Monday.

Also, their scenes are more beachy focused than equally focused for those trips to the mountains, so it would be nice if they would add some more scene options.

### 1/5 — Still not received

*2024-06-30, version 66.1*

Now it’s 15 days since ordering. Nothing. Waste of time. Was for a birthday. 😡

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Post cards never arrived

*2026-07-21, version 70.15.4*

My post cards never arrived and support first told me
to wait for them to arrive and next when they still did not arrive they said they could not help as it had been too long.

### 1/5 — Non-existent customer service

*2026-04-22, version 70.9.1*

Truly, the worst customer service (or lack thereof) that I've ever experienced. The app hasn't worked, and I've sent emails multiple times and I've never received a response. Somehow, you are magically able to send me loads of Sales emails though... so you do have the capacity to reach out--just when it benefits you.

### 1/5 — Photos won’t load

*2026-03-02, version 70.9.1*

App is pretty much useless. My photo library will not appear in the app even despite the correct permissions. Have to delete the app

### 1/5 — Unresponsive staff if you have issues

*2025-11-21, version 70.9.1*

I signed up for Postagram years ago, and for several years I've actually not been able to send a Postagram, due to a glitch with the app. I wrote numerous times, and never heard back from anyone there. Yesterday, I finally got it working by deleting and reinstalling the app. Still, I wrote staff two days ago, and I've never received a response. The good news is that my postcard is finally sending. However, it is taking eight days. Just know that if you are ever one of the lucky ones who can get this app and everything to work right, don't expect that your loved one is going to receive the card anytime soon.

### 1/5 — UPDATED REVIEW - Not good anymore

*2025-06-29, version 70.6*

This company is not reliable. I emailed customer support and never heard back. Wasted hundreds of dollars and got nothing out of it. I will be using an alternative service this summer.

I have used this service to send my kids cards to camp, but this year most of them never got there. I must have sent 100 Postagrams over 2 months and maybe half of them were actually received by my children. I will be looking for a different service next year.

### 1/5 — Loading…

*2025-06-12, version 70.6*

Used to work great but I’ve tried 5 times to send a basic postcard. I have plenty of credits and even bought more. I get the Loading… popup and nothing. I’m using the latest iOS on a 15 Pro Max.

### 1/5 — Used to be my very favorite app, but now quitting

*2024-12-22, version 70.3*

Total bummer. Used to provide a great basic photo-postcard at great price ($1), as well as overseas for a bit more in postage. But then they chipped away at the quality slowly but surely, with customer service leading the way in the dropoff. First they removed a small second photo icon, and then they doubled the price, and the new credit system seems built to decieve-it says cards at purchase but then shows credits on your accout so you never really know how much you have. Really, one of my most disappointing falls from grace of all apps i ever had in ten years on app store. To repeat: Total bummer!

### 1/5 — Not a kind company

*2024-12-11, version 66.3*

Had the app, used it. Flew overseas to see some friends. They said postcard had never arrived. It’s not like I fly and see them weekly. Reported it to support, thinking it was a kind company. Replied that I was out of 30 day period, tough, nothing can be done. Only time I ever needed to reach out to support. Faith was who gave me the reply. Had lot of credits left but deleted account and deleted app. If it works you will be fine. If you find an error in delivery, especially overseas you will get no help. Suggest you use an app from a company that cares about the customer.

### 1/5 — Changed the product for the worse

*2024-09-23, version 66.3*

Been using them for years. They use to perforate the cards so you could easily punch out the picture. Now they stopped perforating without telling users and I reached out to support. Support postured like the product has always been this way. Fine to change the product but notify your users and definitely don’t gaslight them when they call you on it.

### 1/5 — Help

*2024-09-23, version 66.3*

The help button on the app does not allow you to write anything or view anything. I have had Postagram not delivered and requested refund. It says I’m not eligible for a refund. Please provide a help center to allow customers to call or text for assistance.

*2025-06-01, version 70.6*

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2024-08-24, version 66.2*

Love this ap. Been using ink cards for years - a related ap.

### 5/5 — SOLID App 👌 Just 1 thing.

*2024-06-14, version 66.0*

I’ve had this for several years, I use it to send grandparents and anyone else Thank You Letters. I just wish there was a way you could Send Money through the app. Whether that’s a QR Code or the Distribution Company sending cash with the card. Whenever someone receives the card they can scan a code or take cash off the card. Granted that would be paid for by the Sender though the app, along with the $2 card Fee. Not sure if it’s possible, but if so I think many would use that feature.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2024-05-31, version 65.0*

I love this app!!! It’s so easy to send picture cards that will be treasured for a long time. Outstanding quality, easy to navigate, and super fast.

### 5/5 — Great, easy way to send a postcard.

*2024-01-31, version 63.0*

So simple to send, then comes in the mail.

### 5/5 — Meaningful and Personal

*2023-08-03, version 56.0*

So handy to send a personal thank you note for a dinner invitation or just a fun occasion from a phone photo.

### 5/5 — Postagram

*2023-08-01, version 56.0*

I love this app. If you forget a card or don’t have time this is just amazing. So much fun being able to put any picture you want on it. I do wish it had more space to write though. Other than that I absolutely love it. 😁👍🏻👍🏻
