## What is Postbank BestSign?

The Postbank BestSign app is a separate app for securely authorizing orders in online banking. The app only includes the BestSign security procedure. Create and activate BestSign once, then you are ready for authorizing. 



You can log into the BestSign app with your password or – if available – conveniently with your biometric data.



This app is useful if you do not want to use the Postbank app, as you mainly carry out your online banking on the computer and only need a security procedure for order authorization.

Absurde Empfehlungen durch Administratoren/Entwickler, zudem äußerst widersprüchliche Argumentation. Ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt…und sich nach diesem Kommunikationsdebakel auch noch mit dem Kundenservice auseinandersetzen muss, oder mit dem hilflosen KI Chat…. Komplett daneben, volle Punktzahl Note 5 und der Entwickler wird sich bedanken :-))
Kunden falsch informiert: Korrektur erfolgte erst am Sonntag 10.5 gegen 8h.
Posts werden gelöscht, sobald sie fundiert auf die Fehlerursache
hinweisen

Overall an important security mechanism. The QR activation code scanning is flaky and locked up my installation. Had to wipe and try a 2nd time.

**Developer response:** Sorry that the activation via QR code did not work for you. It is important that you have the latest version of the app on the second device. Only then can you send the QR code on it and scan it with the other device.

Die App macht seit einigen Wochen nur noch Probleme. Man kann sich anmelden, so oft wie man will aber nichts führt aufs Konto um die Kontobewegungen zu überwachen oder Überweisungen zu tätigen. Leider hat auch das letzte Update nichts gebracht. Leider kann man nur einmal pro Woche, wenn überhaupt aufs Konto zugreifen, dann schnell versuchen die Überweisungen zu tätigen und dann gibt es schon wieder nur Probleme. Echt zum Abgewöhnen!!!

Das aller letzte Sch… App. Dreimal versucht , dreimal gesperrt. Für ein App brauche ich das andere App und umgekehrt. Das ist ein Teufelskreis. Ich gebe auf. Bin 45 Jahre alt und technisch gehe ich gut um und habe es nicht geschafft, kann mir es nicht vorstellen wie für ältere Leute mit diesem App wäre.

Zudem kommen alle Push-Nachrichten sehr schnell.

Es funktioniert halt einfach nicht zuverlässig. Es funktioniert manchmal. Oft , wenn ich in der Postbank Website eine űberweisun machen will, behauptet die BestSign App ich hätte die Verifizierung abgebrochen obwohl ich mein Telefon noch nicht einmal angefasst habe. 
Und die Postbank Website wartet darauf dass ich verifiziere. 
Super.
Irgendwann manchmal funktioniert es dann wieder. 
Vielleicht. 
Warten.
Ist bescheuert, und keinen interessiert es.
