That's all to remark. Why the bank started an overhaul of something that finally worked well (to start the process all over) is out of my imagination on cleverness. YMMV.

App funktioniert eigentlich zuverlässig und gut. Wo ein Bug zu sein scheint: gelegentlich verbinde ich mein iPhone per Bluetooth oder USB-Kabel mit einem Laptop und dieser gibt seine Netzwerkverbindung an's iPhone weiter. Führt IMMER dazu, das beim ersten Anmelden das interne BestSign am Ende aufgibt. Also App neu starten. Beim 2.Mal geht es dann (nach Eingabe des BestSign Passworts). Immer. Daher nervig.

Worst online banking experience ever!! And the customer support is even worse they speak so aggressively and are not helpful at all.

Die App ist komplett nutzlos: Es ist nicht möglich sich seinen Kontoauszug anzeigen zu lassen, In App Best Sign funktioniert nicht, da der Brief zur Aktivierung nach 4 Wochen immer noch nicht da ist, Apple Pay gibt es auch nicht. Könnte man auch 0 Sterne verteilen, würde ich dies tun.
