In this European era, where we are travelling more and more within Europe, it would help enormously if more choice of languages were added to the app. The set up is not very simple, it doesn't show you current balance but instead it shows both ins and outs of your account. Not knowing what the current balance is. **Developer response:** Hi and thanks for the feedback! There has not been much demand for an English-language version yet, we will however gladly forward the request for future consideration. If you swipe left on "Übersicht", you find the current balances of all accounts separately. Habe ein sicheres Gefühl,es auch meinem Mobil zu benutzen und bietet mir schnell und unkompliziert alles was ich auf meinem Mobile brauche. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche auch mit Anleitung von Postbankberatern funktioniert BestSign in- die neue Postbank app weder auf meinem iPhone, I-Pad oder meinem iBook. Muss mich wohl mit etwas mehr Zeit und noch ein paar Besuche bei kompetenten Postbank Beratern auf mich nehmen. Viele ältere Kollegen kennen sich damit nicht aus und haben auch nicht die Absicht sich da noch damit zu beschäftigen. Allerdings habe ich auch die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sich auch jüngere Kollegen noch nicht wirklich damit auskennen. Wenn die Wartezeiten bei der Post ba meisten nicht so unheimlichen lange währen, hätte ich mich auch schon an die Hotline gewandt- ich gehe davon aus, dass ich dort ausschließlich bestens geschultes Fachpersonal antreffen werde 👍🏼😊 ### 5/5 — Erstaunlich ausgereift *2018-10-10, version 2018.3.2* Alles was man braucht. Wo ein Bug zu sein scheint: gelegentlich verbinde ich mein iPhone per Bluetooth oder USB-Kabel mit einem Laptop und dieser gibt seine Netzwerkverbindung an's iPhone weiter. Führt IMMER dazu, das beim ersten Anmelden das interne BestSign am Ende aufgibt. Also App neu starten. Beim 2.Mal geht es dann (nach Eingabe des BestSign Passworts). Immer. It is a decent mobile app (especially for Germany) and offers some good security features around transfers. I would love to see improvements in two areas: - Language Support: Germany is quite multi-cultural and I have quite a number of Friends and colleagues who are not comfortable banking in German. English is a must and I would argue that even some other popular languages should be added over time. - Multi-Bank: the app already offers some good functionality and I can add credit cards from other banks. However, it is lacking some basic user experience components (like saving the password of the external bank). Pleas focus more on this feature. I would love to get a single point for my financial overview.
