Die Eingabemöglichkeit von Bemerkungen aus der Vorgänger-APP wurde zwar noch nicht realisiert. Dafür werden jetzt Kategorien zur Verfügung gestellt, womit die Klassifizierungen wieder möglich sind. Was noch fehlt ist die Möglichkeit zu splitten, damit die Buchungen korrekter zugewiesen werden können. Außerdem fehlt noch die Kategorie „Umbuchung“, wenn von einem anderen Konto, z.B. Jetzt ist es nur noch eine App, man ist biometrisch schnell und sicher drin und kann schnell alles erledigen, inkl. einfachen Text Überweisungen. I get to the point where I can complete the setup either scanning a QR code or activate via mail. I don’t understand how I can scan a QR code with my phone while trying to activate on my phone. I try the mail activation option. I get an error stating that I do not have internet access which I clearly do on my phone. Sinnvoll aufgebaut, übersichtlich, schnell und ein sicheres Gefühl vermittelnd. Das sind die Eigenschaften, die mir beim Nutzen in den Sinn kommen. Bsp.: Ich wollte die App auf meinem neuen iPhone einrichten und Bestsign nutzen. Die Einrichtung war in der Vergangenheit eine Qual und hat mich teilweise sogar davor abgeschreckt, ein neues iPhone zu kaufen. Mittlerweile geht dies im Handumdrehen per QR-Code. Top! Ausserdem werden Details zu den Buchungen hinzugefügt und es steht in der Übersicht nicht mehr nur “Abrechnung Karte”. Das macht alles so viel übersichtlicher. Notifications per email were possible years ago, but are no linger offered either. This update contains fixes. ### 5/5 — Überweisung *2025-01-22* Es war online nicht möglich, den Verwendungszweck fertig zu stellen, es kam immer wieder der Hinweis, die vorgegebenen Satzzeichen zu verwenden, welche ich jedoch auch verwendet habe,.die Überweisung auszuführen. Ich musste dies über die Kundenbetreuung ausführen lassen. Es war jedoch leider über die Kundenbetreuung nicht möglich, eine Echtzeit Überweisung durchzuführen. Dies war für mich eine große Schwierigkeit, weil das Geld sofort beim Empfänger ankommen musste. Ich bitte dies an die IT Abteilung weiterzuleiten, damit das für die Zukunft angepasst wird und ich als Kundin auch über die Kundenbetreuung, falls das System wieder mal nicht funktioniert, auch per Echtzeit, über die KD Betreuung überweisung überwiesen werden kann !
