For third day in a row in the Taxes menu you just click “check” and nothing happens. There are no analytics on how you spend your money (like Revolut), where it shows the brand, category, lets you set budgets, and more. There’s definitely a lot to improve. Also, during the migration, I tried using a 128-character password, but the app said I exceeded the maximum length without specifying what that limit was, so I had to guess blindly. ### 1/5 — B.T. *2025-04-10, version 1.5.3* Worst banking app I’ve ever used! They have probably wanted to make it more simple… but they have only managed to make it for retards. No settings?!!! Why should I be using only english language? Why is your AI assistant speaking only English? As far as I know the official language of Bulgaria is still Bulgarian. I can’t even check the due date of my credit cards, it is not written anywhere… So can you please at least leave the option for your users to use the old app?!?! ### 1/5 — Worst bank in Bulgaria *2025-03-01, version 1.4.1* Every day new update, you should have 3 different apps, you should change your 20 passwords every month… i rlly will close my account soon! ### 1/5 — Stop hiring idiots to update your security!!! *2025-02-24, version 1.4.1* PostBank already makes me use 3 different apps, each with its own password, passcode, log in credentials , or pin for online banking. This new app is anything but intuitive for users - it’s bulky, it’s silly, important features are next to impossible to figure out. Looking at the functionality I can NOT believe the security is improved. Let me suggest - next time your Bulgarian brunch boss’s nephew or another nepotistic programmer decides to cash out on improvements in the app, use a focus group while building it. I am a registered Apple developer, if I have hard time navigating this cr*p, I can’t imagine how a retired old lady would … ### 2/5 — Totally messed up app *2025-04-30, version 1.6.3* I was using the app for years and never had issues. Now with the new app I can’t log into it for like more than 2 weeks which leads me not being able to manage my accounts and money. This is absolutely unacceptable as the support don’t bother to pick up the phone or to fix the problem. Going to the office and talk to totally incompetent clerks is so 19th century that abolishes the online and mobile banking. 2 stars is just not to be rude. For a Bulgarian bank serving primarily Bulgarian customers, it’s quite inconvenient and unacceptable that there’s no Bulgarian language option. Considering that the vast majority of users are native Bulgarian speakers, offering the app solely in English significantly diminishes user experience, especially for those who might struggle with technical banking terms in a foreign language. It’s essential for banking applications, which handle sensitive and important information, to provide clear, intuitive communication in the native language of their customers. I strongly suggest adding Bulgarian language support as soon as possible to better serve your customer base and enhance usability. Until then, the app remains suboptimal for local users. ### 2/5 — Not impressed *2025-03-04, version 1.4.1* There are some very useful features and options that got removed from the new app. You cannot see what’s the next amount that you have to pay for your credit.
