### 2/5 — Can’t be trusted to deliver

*2024-11-21, version 5.2*

I have had two subscriptions with this company. The first set of credits I purchased they did well. Except one time someone didn’t receive the postcard I made. I contacted the company and they sent it out. The second subscription I purchased, the first postcard I made was never received. I contacted the company and they couldn’t find my account that I had had for years. I asked for a full refund and received it. I also gave them the chance to keep me by giving me credits for double my subscription, but I guess they chose the other choice and let me go. My only advice is to check with your recipient that they receive their postcard.

### 5/5 — Fun postcards, works great!

*2024-08-19*

Really enjoy using my photos as postcards. Works great, used it for years. Delivers the goods with good quality. (Outdoor or brighter color photos work best.) Like the company a lot. Only issue is I forget to send them!

### 5/5 — Go-to app for sending travel photos!

*2024-04-25, version 5.1*

Love this app! Super easy to send travel pics as postcards to my family. Just a few taps to choose a photo, type a quick message, and it's off. Plus, it remembers your info for next time. A cool, hassle-free way to share the travel love. Definitely recommend!

### 5/5 — So easy to use!

*2024-04-25, version 5.1*

In an age where digital communication reigns supreme, there's something undeniably special about receiving a physical postcard in the mail.

### 4/5 — Great for travelers

*2023-03-07, version 5.0*

We live on a sailboat in the Med. Over the last several years I’ve sent over 1000 post cards through this app (about 4 every single week to non-Facebook friends/family plus birthdays & other special days). The printed cards are of nice quality, and I think all have made it to their destinations both in and out of the US (shipped from the US). It typically takes a week or more for folks to receive these cards.

The one thing that would make this a 5-star app for me is the ability to queue more than one card at a time. PLEASE figure out a way to incorporate this in an update. PLEASE & thank you.

### 5/5 — Love

*2022-03-25, version 5.0*

Great quality post cards I love them!!

### 5/5 — So great!

*2021-06-27, version 4.0*

Easiest thing in the world!! We travel a LOT and love to send friends and family postcards. This is by far the easiest way to send cards.
Pros: NEVER HAVE TO LOOK FOR STAMPS!! You can be in the photo!!
Cons: if your Grandkids collect foreign stamps, this is not what you want to use. They come from the USA

### 5/5 — Great service at a great price

*2021-05-26, version 4.0*

This company makes it so nice & simple to send loved ones pictures on a postcard. It really makes the person happy to get those pictures when they are so far away & never gets to see their loved ones. I hope this company makes it for years to come and thank you for what you do.
Brenda

### 5/5 — Great, fast way to send postcards

*2021-03-06, version 4.0*

I’ve been using this app for years now and I really like its simplicity without unnecessary complexity. I’ve sent well over a thousand postcards and will keep up the pace as they do a good job!

### 5/5 — Parenting Hack & More

*2020-10-18, version 4.0*

Seriously fantastic app for sending photos to grandparents! This lets me snap a fun photo at the park etc and send it off to the grandparents that are rocking the flip phones ;) plus EVERYONE loves getting snail mail that’s not a bill! Easy peasy app, just be sure you have friends’ current mailing addresses.

### 5/5 — I recommend this app all the time.

*2020-08-30, version 4.0*

1) We did our wedding invitations with this app.

2) It’s great on vacation because you can send postcards of what you see and do.

3) We use this app to send a lot of photos and quick notes to several elder relatives, to stay in touch and share photos.

4) I’ve sent over 100 postcards since March - just keeping in touch with a lot of people during COVID.

5) Whoever runs the App is INCREDIBLY helpful - unlike just about every other app I can think of.

### 5/5 — Five Stars!

*2020-05-03, version 3.21*

My family really liked the card, they said it was beautiful!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Ugh!

*2025-09-23, version 5.2*

The app didn’t send a postcard. I asked for a refund and didn’t receive it. If the app followed thru and sent postcards this would be a great idea! Wish they actually sent postcards!

### 1/5 — Going downhill

*2025-04-24*

This app used to be amazing. Now, it’s clunky to edit, will only allow short messages, and often doesn’t work at all. The User Support guy told me to try the website, but the website won’t let Users adjust photos to the size of the card. There’s always a weird uneven border. What I gather from their emails is that they aren’t planning to make anything better. I feel foolish for buying 100 more credits for a product that no longer works well.

Update- one star. The app won’t let me add an address, which means I can’t use this product. There are NO Customer supports here. I’m demanding a refund immediately.

These people are crooks.

**Developer response:** David,
Honestly I think your anger is misdirected and as was explained at the time the website does not yet have all the features of the app. But the website is nice for longer messages and sending larger cards. We also refunded your money upon your request so I don't think it's fair to call us crooks. Appreciate the fact you used to think we were amazing and we will strive to be so.

### 1/5 — Postcards not delivered

*2023-09-18, version 5.0*

I uploaded mailings for 40 postcards in mid-August. Many people never received the postcards.

### 1/5 — Total service failure - do not trust

*2023-05-04, version 5.0*

Postcards ordered for multiple deliveries to 6 recipients on 8 April 2023. None have been delivered despite the order status showing as “shipped”. I have emailed the company and have not received a reply. I have lodged a complaint with Apple and am concerned that this is a fraudulent entity processing sales and receiving funds but not actually delivering the service it is being paid for.

### 1/5 — Blurry

*2022-06-23, version 5.0*

I have used another app for a while but had a promo for this one. I sent two different free cards and both were so blurry. The photos were both clear …TouchNote is much better

### 1/5 — Too late delivery

*2021-10-11, version 5.0*

I sent a card on 1st of September 2021 from Australia to new Zealand. It was delivered on 11th of October 2021. Terrible. I wouldn’t recommend.

### 1/5 — First postcard screwup

*2021-08-06, version 5.0*

Our first card went to grandkids, except it was sent to us with the label “return to sender UNCLAIMED unable to forward.” It’s actually the correct address in every way. So what went wrong? If the postcard just comes to me for me to add another stamp it’s annoying.

### 1/5 — I used to love this app!

*2021-05-24, version 4.0*

I’ve used this app for years. I love using my own pictures and sending postcards to family and friends.

I’m not sure what’s going on now, though. I’m unable to edit the send address. Every time I touch the address, the app crashes and closes.

Any suggestions?

### 1/5 — used to be good

*2019-05-31, version 3.11*

i use this app frequently to send post cards to family and friends. and as of late the postcard’s print quality has gotten really bad. almost pixelated and as photographer i know im sending a hi res enough image to print fine at 4x6! please get your print quality fixed!

### 1/5 — Punctuation is funky

*2019-02-10, version 3.02*

I bought $20 worth and will use the rest then NOT re-purchase.
The message I create on the back of the cards gets all messed up. The punctuation gets all weird. It puts a question mark in place of an apostrophe so “that’s” turns into “that?s” etc. There are caps in place of lower case.
It was the cheapest app for a reason.

### 5/5 — photos for mom

### 5/5 — Love the new version

*2025-12-03, version 6.0*

it’s nice man, very intuitive

### 5/5 — 7 years and going!

*2025-10-19, version 5.2*

I love this app. I’ve just discovered the option of 1 message to 7 addresses vs editing each salutation & sending individually. Dear Family works just fine.
Our 1st grandchild is almost here, so I’ll be back in my manic pandemic mode sending personal pictures via postcards. So happy this app is still going strong.

### 5/5 — Convenience

*2024-11-08, version 5.2*

This app has made it so easy to send postcards as reminders to parents, thank you’s to volunteers and custom thank yous.

In an age where few pictures get printed, I find friends enjoy a copy of our group picture from travel, supper club or sporting events. Definitely worth the price.
